What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Coffee? Workouts? Hitting the snooze button 14 times? Everyone has their morning ritual and we LOVE hearing about them. Some of our favorite members of the community share their morning rituals below.

The first 90 minutes of my day are centered around being present and starting with intention. I get my son ready for school, drive him to the bus stop, and then take a morning walk. During that walk, I practice gratitude—focusing on the things I’m thankful for and setting a positive tone for the day. Read more>>

I usually get up before my alarm goes off at 4:30 am. The first 90 minutes of my day are all about setting the tone for focus and momentum. I start my day with a high-intensity workout to boost my energy and clear my mind. After that, it’s time for a strong cup of coffee and a quick moment of stillness. Read more>>

I usually starts at 5AM , I begin in stillness, offering a prayer of gratitude and surrender to Jesus Christ. Asking Him to guide my thoughts, words, and actions, starting my day this way determine the outcome of the rest of my day.
