Inspiring Conversations with Millie (Milagro) Kuolt of Bubba’s Potty Pickup

Today we’d like to introduce you to Millie (Milagro) Kuolt.

Millie (Milagro) , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I have to start by saying my father will always be my biggest inspiration, he was an honest business man who touch the lives of many. If you heard of Horizon Air or A Thousand Trails, that was my “Poppy.” (What I called my dad.)

I moved from Los Angeles, Marina del Rey to be exact in August of 2024 and landed in Wickenburg, AZ where I began a new chapter at 33 years old. I began looking for work and found a job at a cute little ghost town where I would help weddings, events and toured and my favorite part working with the farm animals and taking care of them. I’ve always loved animals since I was a little girl.

During this time, I was living on site in an adorable quaint camper and had time to reflect in the beautiful desert landscape kind of out in the middle of nowhere. I honestly did more soul-searching that year than I had my entire life. Direction was finally beginning to click. While I enjoyed working at the cute little ghost town, I knew I wasn’t living to my fullest potential. I will say this was a chapter in my life I needed that guided me to my next step.

I would spend nearly all of my down time listening to influential women who inspire me on YouTube such as Leila Hormozi, Elena Cardone, Codie Sanchez and Natalie Dawson – just trying to learn absolutely anything and everything from these inspiring women. I truly went down the rabbit hole and landed on a channel about poop scooping dog poop!!! I learned that start up costs are inexpensive which was great for cash poor me and I was highly motivated to start something of my own, the business model is scalable, and though it is relatively new as a home services it’s highly sought after and compared to many other home services businesses they’re is a fraction of the competition. And the best part, it involves dogs!!! I love mybfur babies.

At first I laughed and I was like no way and moved on. Pretty shortly after I dropped my ego and thought, dang this is brilliant. I think I need to go for this!!!

Because I had been listening to Elena Cardone and Natalie Dawson I decided to go to a Grant Cardone business event over in Scottsdale. There I met a group of like minded women who are light years ahead of me. I told them about my plans and they gave me the courage to go for it. This is what I was looking for, surrounding myself with winners who grow and help those around them. They inspire me and I hope to pay of forward someday the way they did for me. This was in January 2025, the light bulb was on and brighter than the sun. I decided to pack up and move to surprise.

Fast forward a little, I started my business Bubbas Potty Pickup the beginning of this year (2025). I started with my first set of ads on fb. My very first paying client wanted to pay a year in advance!!! My mind was blown. It was definitely a sign I was on to something. With that chunk of money, I was able to set up at my first event, a home show where thousands of homeowners frequent once a years. That’s where I got my first handful of clients.

I’m also part of a poop scoop community called Poop Scoop Millionaire (PSM) where there is hands on experience from 800+ companies and we honestly all grow together. There, I met Mike Casten who has played a huge role in my entrepreneurial growth. He’s over in East Phoenix,l and has a successful scoop company with 500+ clients. He has provided so much insight and a great coach not only to me but to the PSM community as a whole. Like I said, I just wanted to get with the winners and here I am with some of the best mentors I could ever ask for.

Back to my first client who I mentioned earlier, I still service her yard regularly with plans to renew another year. I have about 75 clients and counting l. This honestly all just started with heart, inspiration from the right people and action.

I believe I’m meant to service others during my time on earth, whether it be cleaning someone’s yard or mentoring other entrepreneurs in the making.

Last but not least, I’m excited to also announce that I will be launching Scooper Models in Los Angeles January 2026 with a dear friend who lives locally. The poop scoop journey continues and I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity to share my story and hopefully inspire another the way I was inspired in the beginning. It’s all possible, we just gotta go for it!!!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would say that I’ve wanted to do so much more marketing but I’m constrained to a percentage of the revenue that comes in but with that said I believe I”m going at the perfect pace to make sure all of my clients are being taken care of with the utmost care. If I was growing any faster, I”m worried quality control would be at risk and providing excellent services to each any every client is paramount to me. Also it has allowed me to get creative with marketing and do inexpensive gorilla style market which I’ve been pretty successful at.
I enjoy the challenge because it honestly is what keeps everything interesting and I always learn something new through the difficulties.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I’ve built the brand from the ground up myself which is cool – the logo-esthetics etc. ALSO, Bubba’s Potty Pickup is named after my dog Bubba who I owe it all too. He has gotten me through a lot in life. He has been by my side for 7 years. I thought it was only appropriate to name my business after my baby boy Bubba. The name came to me when I was sitting thinking on my couch in my new apt in Surprise and it was a no brainier.
