Hi Haley, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started Speech Me Therapy in 2022 when I (Haley Myers, M.S., CCC‑SLP) launched the practice with a vision of providing personalized, compassionate speech and language therapy for children. From the beginning, my focus has been on tailoring services to each child’s unique communication needs and working closely with families to support meaningful progress.

Since then, the practice has grown and evolved. We expanded our team of skilled clinicians so we could offer a broader range of services and support more families in the community. In 2025, we opened a dedicated pediatric therapy space in North Scottsdale to better serve our clients with a comfortable, child‑friendly environment.

Overall, the journey has been about building a practice rooted in individualized care, evidence‑based approaches, and strong partnerships with families to help children speak, connect, and succeed.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Before opening up a dedicated office, one of the biggest challenges we faced at Speech Me Therapy was consistently finding spaces to provide therapy. We often had to be flexible—working in schools, over telehealth, or even in public libraries—while still trying to maintain a high-quality, consistent experience for our clients. Finding a stable, child-friendly space was key to growing the practice and truly meeting families’ needs.

Speech Me Therapy is a pediatric speech-language therapy practice dedicated to helping children develop communication skills, build confidence, and thrive in everyday life. We specialize in speech sound disorders, language delays, social groups, AAC, and differential diagnosis, providing services tailored to each child’s unique needs.

What sets us apart is our personalized, family-centered approach. Every child’s therapy plan is designed specifically for them, combining evidence-based practices with practical, fun, and engaging activities that translate to real-world success.
