Meet Patrick Niederdrenk and Maximilian de Melo of America One Luxury Real Estate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Patrick Niederdrenk and Maximilian de Melo.

Patrick and Maximilian are Owners and Managing Partners of America One Luxury Real Estate, a local boutique brokerage in the East Valley. About two years ago, the company got a complete makeover and was rebranded and has been growing fast ever since. Patrick became a licensed real estate agent in February 2018 to take over the sales while Max handled the back-office and daily operations. After only 12 months this team sold over 31 properties, representing buyers and sellers throughout the east valley with a total volume of closed and active listings exceeding $16,039,000 in their first year. Today both, Max and Patrick are licensed real estate agents and are on their way to becoming one of the Top Producing Teams.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been an exciting and fun journey so far. Of course, everyone has to overcome certain obstacles along the way, but with dedication, patience, and persistence we are able to stay on track at all times. After re-branding the brokerage, and being a new team in the re-sell business, we had to get the word out about us and our unique, successful way of selling real estate. Now, we are happy to be in a position where we receive referrals from our past clients and a broad network in the real estate industry.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about America One Luxury Real Estate – what should we know?
We are a full-service boutique brokerage trusted since 1988. We implement cutting-edge technology and marketing strategies to list our properties but also value the old-school approach of our agents personally getting to know the communities we work in.

We transform our client’s homes or projects into the talk of the town by hosting Grand Open House Events at our featured listings. These events allow the local community to become a part of the sale of your home, we will have local businesses, neighbors and professionals alike share your property with their personal circles for weeks after.

America One represents a new precedent in Real Estate; there’s a lot of pride taken in building strong relationships with our clients. We have the ability to create 3D virtual home tours and renderings in-house. This has allowed us to hold our client’s homes virtually open 24 hours, seven days a week combined with our in-person open houses and the 4-touch neighborhood campaigns.
