Meet Erick Munoz of MCS Power Wash & Junk Removal in Peoria

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erick Munoz.

Erick, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I worked for corporate America for many years. I was tired of the 9-5.
I wanted more out of life and decided to go into business for myself.

I started part-time. After I finished my day job, I would then go to work for my business. I did this for approx. 1.5years. Took lots of sacrifice, late nights, and early mornings. It was hard, but I knew with persistence, good things would come.

After gaining success, I was then able to quit my full-time job and pursue my business full-time. We strive for growth everyday. I am very grateful for the support that my wife and family provide. I look forward to the future and will continue to provide excellent customer service.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No it has not. We always face many challenges. We face everything from mechanical issues, extreme weather, and sleep deprivation, to name a few.

MCS Power Wash & Junk Removal – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We provide commercial and residential services that include: Pressure washing, junk removal, and landscaping.

We are best known for our reliable customer service. We always go the extra mile for our customers.

We are very proud to be an Arizona local family company. We are the first generation of our families to start our own business. We want to be the example for our children.

Our Values make us different. In addition to our expertise, we believe our core values make us stand out from other companies. Our attention to detail and professionalism are some of the strengths we have. Integrity is who we are and impeccable customer service is something that anchors us.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success means to produce high quality work before the deadline. Success to me is knowing that my contributions positively impacted my family.

Repeat customers and referrals are the best. Satisfaction in knowing your customers are loyal to your company is what we define to be “successful”.
