Elsa, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
Most proud of building has to be bringing in new inventory. I don’t think know one will really understand the joy and happiness is brings when bringing new products and seeing every product sale out! Now that’s something that makes me proud and happy. Being proud of building has to also be seeing my clients happy when they receive their products.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Elsa, CEO of Serenity Lashes we’ve been in business for over five years. Serenity Lashes provides affordable products like lashes and makeup, we also carry other brands. We do live sales here and there. Our customers satisfaction has always been our biggest priority, seeing our customers excited when we go live and hearing them happy when receiving every product they purchase has to be the best feeling. As you know the holidays are coming up Serenity offers bundles with products we carry, we try to make them as affordable as we can, bundles are a perfect gift for anyone. We are currently working on spooky baskets.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
When having a business you start to see every single person true colors. I have “friends” who I’ve known for years and have never made a purchase or not even a like or a share (no hard feelings) but on the other hand you have all these “strangers” who support you, admire you and give you advice and are there for you!

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Ooouuuu! So many emotions come to me when reading this question. Here goes nothing….. Only you know the pain you are going through and all the battles you are fighting in silence…. But know every battle and every tear you shed will be so worth it because it’ll make you into such an amazing person and so strong. I’m so happy for you !

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Good question! Hahaha I always tell my followers “ oh I have a double life” haha these is because I have two different social accounts one business and one where I post makeup content. So when it comes to my business I try to be professional but also gain the trust of my clients and be honest and joke with them, I try to be as blunt as possible and let them know I’m here and you can trust me as a friend and business as well.

Mmmm… If I was to retired tomorrow what would my customers miss most., I think it’ll be my live sales hahaha just because we joke around and talk and most important distraction them from their daily routine. You have no idea how good it feels when I receive a msg saying “ Thank you so much for going live , you made me laugh and made forget my problems for a while “ I would miss these for sure.
