Meet Sambo Kim of Phoenix / Scottsdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sambo Kim.

Hi Sambo, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Two older cousins who are practically my brothers were in the trade, growing with them i noticed there was job security there, i joined the trade after some years of just adventuring the job market. Once i finally locked in i became a plumber and water treatment technician, i always knew i wanted to try and journey into something that i can call mines and prior i always tried to start a business, from clothing, to whole selling real estate, then realized how much i enjoyed blue collar work and i could be decently good at it, so why not try and start a business with that? i’m with having a supportive wife telling me to go for and that she can help with things if it god hard financially, boosted my confidence into just going for it, start up was scary, continuing got scarier but i’ve learned to sail along this wave and learn as i go, to grow and mature into getting my business from crawling into slow walking. Every wave is a new way to understand how the ocean works “ocean meaning business journey” which allows me to mature from these waves and smoothly get over the next.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not, after discovering having a business with a partner that isn’t liked mind, making the right decisions are still tough, after getting over that hurdle, growing the company was hard because trusting others to represent what you built can get scary and training them to see your view isn’t always easy, Struggles overcoming financial issues to get bigger jobs was difficult but what i’ve learned is giving yourself time, a breather, and organized mind with lots of questions gives you a better edge of succeeding further into your own and business goals.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
