Today we’d like to introduce you to Bella Vasta.
Bella, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started completely on accident. I was already operating a six figure pet sitting company in Scottsdale, AZ when I began coaching other pet sitting and dog walking companies.
I remember how euphoric it was to get on the phone and help other business owners see the potential in their company. I understood the bigger picture and was able to break it down to everyday tasks that could help them grow their business to become whatever they wanted. I’d never experienced so much joy in my life.
After years of talking one on one with people on the phone, certain themes started to emerge and I created downloadable classes online for people to purchase. From there, I have shifted my focus onto a boutique marketing service for a dozen lucky pet businesses around the world and an intimate Mastermind group. I know get to work with who I want to work with while being a mom to my miracle micro preemie born at 12 oz. and a wife to my husband, Alex.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Certainly, it wasn’t always smooth sailing. For a while, my coaching company was a side job. Second to my pet sitting company that I sold in May 2016. When I was trying to get it off the group and more active than passive I made many mistakes. I tried to do monthly classes which resulted in spinning my wheels. I was trying to pack the classes each month along with creating the content, landing pages, FB advertising and more. Needless to say, I didn’t do that for long.
When I gave birth to my daughter at only 12 oz. and spent 6 months in the hospital with her, it was tough. I couldn’t be on the phone coaching like I used to. Although I overcame it by launching my podcast, recording episodes in my closet at night. Also, on my way to the NICU to visit my daughter, I would do “stop Light Confessionals” which was a burst of motivation, on camera, each day to encourage my community to stay positive. In all honesty, it was more for me than them! 🙂
Now, the challenge I have is picking which creative idea I have to execute to give back to the pet business community! Proper perspective says it isn’t even a problem at all!

I consult pet sitting and dog walking companies around the world. I offer one on one coaching, group coaching, downloadable products, and Masterminds. I am known to help business owners scale their companies from $50K up to $1 Million dollars. What sets us apart is that no one else in the industry has done as much research and interviews than I have with all of the experts in our field. I have over 100 YouTube videos, 80 podcasts (to date) 350 blogs, and two very active private Facebook groups. Chances are if you google a question about the pet industry, my company will come up! That is also what sets us apart.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My plans for the future are to keep the balance between work and life. I have a miracle living in my home that always gives me perspective on life. The big changes I see in my future are more speaking gigs around the world. I love to excite audiences about building their business with systems and processes and being the leaders in their own life change.
