Nicole Swainson shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Nicole, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
We do so much MORE than just BABY GOAT YOGA!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Hi there! I’m a certified yogi with over 15 years of teaching experience, holding a 1000-hour certification in yoga, breathwork, and somatic agency. I also host retreats focused on holistic wellness and have a special passion for unique experiences like baby goat yoga on my ranch. My approach combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and playful connection with nature, creating a truly enriching experience for all.

About My Brand:

My brand is rooted in fostering authentic, joyful, and transformative wellness experiences whether through traditional yoga, breathwork, or the delightful antics of baby goats. I aim to inspire others to connect deeply with themselves and the world around them in a fun and meaningful way.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Living off the grid along the California coast, I dedicated myself to training with a Master teacher across all aspects of mind, body, and spirit. This journey ignited a deep awakening within me, fostering a profound understanding of consciousness and presence. Through daily meditation and intentional living, I’ve come to see the world as a powerful testament to what lies beyond the physical – a realm of infinite possibility and connection. “Ask and you shall receive”
When you believe you CAN you WILL!

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
Being good enough has been both an underlying theme and a motivating force to excel.
I’ve continually strived to become “better,” believing that someday I would gain the confidence to truly feel I am ENOUGH.
Yet, overdoing—driven by fear in disguise—highlighted that no degree, certification, or training could heal this inner wound until I reached a place of acceptance and love for myself.

Thoughts are incredibly powerful. Even self-deprecating jokes or negative self-talk are subtle hits to our body’s temple.
Now, I choose gratitude—for the opportunity to heal, to grow stronger every day, and to realize that I hold the power to create my reality in the PRESENT moment.

This awareness is the greatest gift of all.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Whose ideas do you rely on most that aren’t your own?

The ancient reishi masters understood concepts that modern science is only now beginning to uncover about the quantum world. Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda has been instrumental in deepening my understanding of energy, frequency, and vibration—principles that are essential for success in life. It continues to serve as a profound source of inspiration and insight.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. When do you feel most at peace?
Being immersed in the natural world connected to Mother Earth or withdrawal of all senses After an all day meditation,
