Inspiring Conversations with Anthony Miller of TREPIC Networks

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Miller.

Hi Anthony, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to Arizona with nothing. No job, no income, living off unemployment, and figuring out my next move. Most people would call that rock bottom. I called it an opportunity.

My father spent his career in telecommunications, so I grew up around the industry. I understood how it worked, what it took, and more importantly, what it was missing. When I started looking around at the infrastructure out here, I saw equipment that was outdated, service that was unreliable, and customers who deserved better but had no real alternative.

That’s when it clicked. The market wasn’t being served well, I had the knowledge to do something about it, and I had nothing to lose. So I bet on myself.

I started TREPIC Networks from the ground up with the belief that communities in Arizona deserved fast, reliable internet backed by people who actually cared about them, not a call center halfway across the country.

We built with modern technology from day one because I refused to repeat the same mistakes I saw everywhere else.

Going from unemployment to running a growing internet service provider wasn’t easy. But knowing the problem was real and knowing we could solve it made every hard day worth it.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Smooth? No. But I wouldn’t change it.

Running a business comes with ups and downs; that’s just the reality nobody warns you about. There were moments that tested everything, my patience, my resources, my belief in what we were building. But every obstacle taught me something I couldn’t have learned any other way.

The challenges made me sharper. They forced me to build a better team, make smarter decisions, and develop a resilience you simply can’t manufacture. I look back at every hard moment and see it as tuition, expensive sometimes, but always worth it.

The truth is, I wouldn’t be where I am today without those struggles. They didn’t slow TREPIC down. They built it.

As you know, we’re big fans of TREPIC Networks. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
TREPIC Networks is a locally owned Arizona internet service provider built on one simple belief: that people deserve fast, reliable internet backed by real local support.

We specialize in fiber and fixed wireless internet across communities throughout Arizona, including Casa Grande, Florence, Marana, Coolidge, Mesa, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and beyond. Where others can’t reach, we find a way.

What sets us apart is simple. We’re not a corporation. We’re your neighbors. When you call TREPIC, you reach a real person on our local team, not an overseas call center with a ticket number. We offer no data caps, fast installations, and technology that’s actually built for today, not what was affordable a decade ago.
We offer plans from high-speed fixed wireless all the way up to fiber, reaching 5 Gigs in select areas. Whatever your household or business needs, we have a solution.

What I’m most proud of is the trust our communities have placed in us. Being recognized as a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave says everything. That’s not an award you buy. That’s your neighbors vouching for you.
TREPIC exists because rural and suburban Arizona deserved better. We built the company to deliver exactly that, and we’re just getting started.”

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The internet industry is about to go through the biggest transformation it has seen since broadband replaced dial-up. A few things are clear to me.

Bandwidth demand is only going up. AI, remote work, smart homes, streaming, connected devices, the average household today needs what a small business needed five years ago. That number keeps climbing. Providers who built their infrastructure for yesterday will struggle to keep up. We built ours for tomorrow.

Fiber is winning. The days of cable being the gold standard are ending. Communities that have been underserved are finally getting attention and funding, and the providers who move fast and build right will own those markets for decades. That’s exactly where TREPIC is positioned.

I also believe the era of the mega-corporation ISP is starting to crack. People are tired of being a ticket number. They want accountability, local support, and a provider who actually shows up. Local ISPs that can deliver big-company speeds with small-company service have a real window right now, and we intend to take full advantage of it.

Over the next 5 to 10 years, I see TREPIC growing deeper into Arizona, bringing modern infrastructure to communities that the big players have ignored for too long. The technology is there. The demand is there. Now it’s about execution.

The future of internet is local, fast, and built on trust. That’s been TREPIC’s mission from day one.
