Hi Kaylee , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
For the past five years, Ive lividly the mantra, “What if it doesn’t happen? Ah, but what if it does?” This question has fueled my journey, pushing me to believe in my potential and dream bigger. At 16, I realized working for someone else wouldn’t allow me to reach my full potential. I saved up for a nail kit, and the moment I pickled up the brush, I felt deeply aligned with my purpose.

While balancing high school, two jobs, and budding nail business, I started sharing my work on social media, determined to carve my path. During the pandemic, I studied social media algorithms and sharpened my skills, but after starting college, life became overwhelming. I fell into a deep depression, I left my unhealthy years long relationship, and eventually dropped out of college as my life fell apart.

That’s when everything shifted. I focused on my mental health, replied family relationships, and scaled my business. I amassed over a million followers, reached six figure success, and became a licensed professional educator, helping others achieve their dream lives. Now, I’m back at university, continuing to grow my business and push my limits even further. I’m incredibly grateful for the challenges that shaped my journey.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to my life as a nail tech has been far from smooth, but I’ve come to view struggle as opportunities for growth. Failure is feedback, and through each challenge, I’ve learned invaluable lessons about myself. Many of the obstacles I faced stemmed from my own subconscious beliefs. I struggled with feelings of not being enough, which reflected in every aspect of my life. The support I received didn’t feel enough, the clients I attracted didn’t seem enough, and even my progress in business and nail skills felt insufficient.

These beliefs led me to overwork myself, constantly trying to prove my worth, which left me feeling overwhelmed and trapped in negative thoughts. However, these challenges forced me to confront and transform my mindset. I realized that my outer world mirrored my inner world, and once I shifted my beliefs, everything else began to align. The struggles became stepping stones, guiding me toward the beautiful life I have now. I’m deeply grateful for the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

At the heart of my business is a deep passion for uplifting and inspiring incredible artists, using the artistry of nail designs as a way to connect and empower. Through the most intimate part of our bodies—our hands—I create beautiful, expressive nail art that not only enhances personal style but also boost confidence. My purpose goes beyond aesthetics; it’s about sharing the knowledge and skills I’ve gained over the years to help other talented nail artists realize their fullest potential and manifest their dream lives.

What sets my brand apart is the unique approach I take in my trainings. I tailor my teaching to the individual learning styles of my students, integrating various educational methods to ensure each artist can thrive. My training is not one-size-fits-all—it’s customized to unlock the strengths of each person I mentor.
