What is the most important lesson you’ve learned building your business that you can share with those just starting out in their entrepreneurial journey?
This is an excellent question, and the solution is much easy than most people realize. First and foremost, remember that owning a business is a marathon, not a sprint; nothing occurs overnight. Second, regardless of how long you’ve been in business, approach each day as if it were your first grand opening day, with the same happy and enthusiastic attitude. Third, be mindful to approach every client with empathy. The remainder of your company’s growth will naturally occur.
