After a transformative year defined by healing, discipline, and recalibration, Nicole D’Agostino emerged with sharper clarity and a reimagined vision for her work. The rebrand of Events by Nicole Monea and its expansion into corporate event production reflect a natural progression toward executive‑level strategy, precision, and impact. Across her ventures — from Event Planning 101 to Signature Luxe Notary Services LLC and her role as co‑host of 2 Queens and a Mic Podcast — Nicole is building with intention, alignment, and elevated standards, positioning 2026 as a year of purposeful leadership and lasting legacy.
Nicole, after what you describe as a season of stillness, healing, and growth in 2025, how did that chapter lead you to rebrand Events by Nicole Monea and expand your services into corporate event planning?
That season of stillness in 2025 was not a retreat — it was a recalibration of my life, my health, and my business.
Behind the scenes, I was navigating a deeply personal health journey. Slowing down was not optional; it was necessary. That period required me to prioritize healing, discipline, and intentional self-leadership in ways I never had before. It forced me to examine my energy, my boundaries, and how I was building not just events — but a sustainable legacy.
During that time, I realized something transformative: the same resilience, structure, and strategic thinking I was applying to my health were the very skills that had always powered Events by Nicole Monea.
Healing sharpened my clarity.
Stillness strengthened my vision.
Growth elevated my standards.
I began to see that my work had already evolved beyond social celebrations. I was managing complex logistics, multimillion-dollar budgets, vendor negotiations, compliance requirements, and tight execution timelines — all at an executive level. The discipline I developed through my health journey translated directly into how I lead, plan, and execute.
That chapter changed how I define success. It is no longer about being busy — it is about being impactful. It is no longer about doing more — it is about operating at a higher level.
Rebranding Events by Nicole Monea was the outward reflection of an inward transformation. Expanding into corporate event planning was not a pivot; it was a progression. Corporate clients require strategic alignment, brand integrity, operational precision, and measurable outcomes — and I am now leading from a place of restored strength, sharpened focus, and executive clarity.
My health journey taught me that sustainable growth begins within.
And once I rebuilt myself, I was prepared to rebuild the business at a greater scale.
2025 was my refining season.
Now, Events by Nicole Monea stands positioned to engineer corporate experiences that are polished, purposeful, and powerfully aligned.
With the launch of your ebook Event Planning 101, what were the biggest lessons or fundamentals you felt were most important to share with both aspiring planners and clients?
The launch of my ebook, Event Planning 101, was rooted in one core belief: successful events are built on strategy, not just style.
Through my work with Events by Nicole Monea, I’ve seen that most challenges stem from weak foundations — unclear budgets, unrealistic timelines, and misaligned expectations. I wanted to create a resource that strengthens those fundamentals for both aspiring planners and clients.
The key lessons I focused on were simple but powerful:
- Strategy before aesthetics— every event needs purpose and structure before design.
- Budget discipline— financial clarity protects the vision.
- Systems and organization— timelines, contracts, and workflows drive flawless execution.
- Alignment and communication— success depends on clear expectations and leadership.
Event Planning 101 is about elevating standards. It bridges creativity with execution and equips readers to plan — and lead — with confidence, professionalism, and impact.
You also rebranded your notary business and saw strong success — how do these different ventures complement each other in the way you serve your community?
Rebranding Signature Luxe Notary Services LLC was a strategic move rooted in the same standard of excellence that guides Events by Nicole Monea — precision, professionalism, and trust.
At first glance, event planning and notary services may seem unrelated. In reality, they are deeply aligned. Both require meticulous attention to detail, adherence to legal and contractual standards, time sensitivity, confidentiality, and a high level of client care. In both businesses, I am entrusted with moments that matter — whether that is executing a high-level corporate event or notarizing documents tied to major life decisions.
These ventures complement each other because they are built on the same operational foundation: structure, compliance, discretion, and elevated service. My experience in event logistics strengthens my organizational rigor as a notary. Likewise, the legal precision and documentation discipline required in notary work sharpen the contractual and compliance oversight I bring to event production.
Most importantly, both brands serve the community at pivotal moments — celebrations, business milestones, real estate transactions, healthcare directives, and beyond. I am not simply providing services; I am delivering reliability during significant transitions.
Together, these ventures position me as a trusted professional who leads with integrity, operates with excellence, and serves with intention.
As a CEO and co-host of 2 Queens and Mic Podcast, what has it meant to show up authentically each week and have real conversations about business, relationships, and women’s health?
Serving as CEO and co-host of 2 Queens and a Mic has required a different kind of leadership — one rooted not just in strategy, but in vulnerability.
Showing up authentically each week means removing the polish and allowing real conversations to take center stage. As entrepreneurs, women, and leaders, we often feel pressure to present only the wins. But on this platform, we intentionally create space for the full spectrum — business challenges, relationship dynamics, women’s health journeys, personal growth, and the lessons that shape us behind the scenes.
Authenticity builds trust.
Consistency builds credibility.
Transparency builds community.
Discussing topics like scaling a business, navigating partnership, or addressing women’s health is not always comfortable — but it is necessary. These are conversations many women are having privately. Through the podcast, we bring them into the open with clarity, dignity, and strength.
For me, it has meant leading without a mask. It has meant owning my experiences — both successes and setbacks — and understanding that impact is created when someone listening feels seen, informed, or empowered to take action in her own life.
The podcast is more than content. It is a platform for honest dialogue, shared wisdom, and collective elevation. And each week, showing up authentically reinforces that leadership is not about perfection — it is about presence.
Looking ahead to 2026, what are you most excited to lean into as you continue building your businesses and stepping into this next phase of growth?
Looking ahead to 2026, I am most excited about building from a place of alignment — not ambition alone, but alignment.
This next phase is not about expansion for the sake of visibility. It is about intentional growth. I am leaning deeper into executive-level corporate event production through Events by Nicole Monea, strengthening operational systems within Signature Luxe Notary Services LLC, and expanding the reach and influence of 2 Queens and a Mic Podcast. Each venture serves a distinct purpose, but together they represent something larger — legacy.
I am excited to refine, not rush.
To scale strategically, not emotionally.
To collaborate with partners and clients who value excellence, structure, and impact.
Personally, I am stepping into 2026 with greater clarity, stronger boundaries, and a deeper understanding of sustainability — physically, mentally, and professionally. My health journey reshaped how I define success. Now, growth must honor wholeness.
What excites me most is this: I am no longer building to prove. I am building with purpose.
2026 represents elevation — elevated leadership, elevated service, elevated standards. And I am prepared to step fully into that next level with confidence, discipline, and vision.
