We recently had the chance to connect with Diane Medina and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Diane, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Wake up, drink water, brush my teeth change to yoga clothes, exercise, make breakfast and play with my kids
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
After having my baby, I knew I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, but I also wanted to feel like I could still contribute financially to my family. As orders started coming in, I realized I wasn’t just helping support my household; I was also showing my kids that you can dream big, build something from the ground up, and create a life that balances both passion and purpose.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
“Believe in yourself! even when you’re scared. The fear won’t last, but the strength you build will.”
I started my business with a lot of fear and doubt, unsure if it would ever succeed. But I worked hard, stayed committed, and slowly turned that fear into fuel. Now, I’m living a dream I once thought was too big, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What do you believe is true but cannot prove?
I believe that in order to truly change your goals, you first have to change your mindset and stay committed to that shift. It’s not easy, and it takes discipline and patience. I can’t prove it with numbers or facts, but I’ve learned that no real change happens until your mind is fully aligned with your vision. It’s something people only understand once they experience it for themselves.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I take a moment to meditate and reflect on how grateful I am for my family, my business, and the mindset that’s helped me grow through it all.
