Stephanie Todd-Blain of Scottsdale on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Stephanie Todd-Blain. Check out our conversation below.

Stephanie, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Wake-up time 4:30am
0-8 minutes awake– I listen to “I just called to say I love you” (Stevie Wonder) and then Gorgeous (Brett Eldridge)
8-9 minutes awake- I say a short prayer
9-12 minutes awake- Brush my teeth, comb my hair, put on deodorant, and pull my hair into a ponytail
12-14 minutes awake- Put on workout clothes and stretch, get headphones, and water
15-90 minutes awake: Walk, lift weights, do ab work, stretch, and close out the workout with 10 deep cleansing breaths.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi!

My name is Stephanie, and I am the founder of WholeHearted Brand, the host of Live Your Soles Purpose Podcast, and an up-and-coming author about to publish my first book! love. Lies and Libidos.

The WholeHearted Brand encompasses everything I want to live by. WholeHearted is a statement to manifesting your Dreams, any and all of them at ANY point in your life. The shoes are a dream, and publishing a book is a dream! love. Lies. and Libidos. – My first book is set to release on September 27th, 2025.

At WholeHearted, we are just as passionate about pursuing our dreams and want to encourage you to do the same! We are here to inspire everyone to live their secret dream and deepest desire.

The Live Your Soles Purpose Podcast is dedicated to uplifting magnificent women and discussing a wide range of topics, including business, personal growth, love, relationships, failures, wins, and some topics I won’t mention here. (wink face).

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
What breaks the bond between people – Lies.
What restores them- Truth, Sincere Apologies followed by Action, a true desire to Repair.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
The moment that I realized all/everyone’s story matters. Even mine.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
This is such an interesting question. I’m working on it. To always show up authentically, unapologetically, me. However, I’m not there…yet. Yet, such a powerful word, and so is progress. I’m a HIP- Human in Progress, and eventually, when I answer this question, the word yet will not be at the end.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you laid down your name, role, and possessions—what would remain?
My heart, soul, and the two loves of my life- my kiddos.
