Today we’d like to introduce you to Mark Earlix
Hi Mark, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
A year after returning home from Viet Nam I was discharged from the service. While in the service I was trained in security and surely didn’t want to pursue this when I got out. So, with no other special skills or aspirations I approached an Order and was accepted.
For the next many years, it was then I began to discover what it was like to find the ability to help others to feel better in their body, whether it be from chronic discomforts, aches, pains, injuries and some diseases… and these healings happened with others through a simple touch of my hands or by prayers from within myself.
Several years later I had left my Order and went back to Chicago to start a newer life.
Mostly, in working with others were with people that were injured or weren’t feeling well and were street people and an occasional friend. And the couple of people I had told about this gift knew this was a personal secret between us.
Initially and for about 20-years, I hadn’t ever let anyone know about the developing gifts. Until one day, while working at a Motorola factory job, someone’s hand was badly injured in one of the insertion machines and I quickly interceded. The woman was in shock as she cried in pain looking at her severely injured hand. I took her hand and placed it in-between mine. Within a very short time she took her hand away and looked at me stunned. She realized that her hand was no longer in pain and the injury was no longer there. It was then that I glanced around and saw there were about 20 others that had seen what had happened. Everyone was speechless, including myself, and we went back to our places in the factory. As they used to say, “my gig was up”!
It was after that, many others began to approach me and asked for intercession for their families and friends.
Within weeks after this incident I found myself constantly booked with appointments and requests while working my regular job and then afterwards into the late evenings and early morning hours working with healing or helping others to feel better.
Many of my clients and others were asking if I could teach them to do the same, and I kept answering that it was a Gift that came upon me and I didn’t know how to teach this.
Months later, a particular woman I worked with (who was a psychologist), asked me to help her 40-year-old son that had a diseased liver from alcohol and drugs was going to be in surgery the next morning. I did say prayers for him that night. The next morning she called to tell me that the surgeons got the latest morning scans and were baffled because he now had the liver a 20-year-old… as the stories go on.
It was in the next couple of months that this woman helped me to learn how to teach most of what I do. Sometimes there were 25 and up to 900 people that would attend my events.
Since then, I have worked with and taught over 25 – 35,000 people, mostly in the U.S. and many other countries.
I had recently moved from the Boulder, Colorado area to be near a couple of my friends here in South Scottsdale.
I love meeting newer and older friends.
I’m still having appointments either in person, FaceTime telephone or Zoom. And, I’m still teaching! Some of my classes are in-person, taught out-of-state and some of them are on Zoom. Besides other publications and occasional interviews, I also have an audio book (Apprentice Training) produced by Nightingale Conant and the newest one produced by G & D Media. Both are also in available in paperback. And then there is the Monthly Newsletter that lists the monthly happenings.
Warmly,
Mark Earlix

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
At times, what is most difficult for me is to help some people understand that their healing may happen most immediately. And for some it may happen hours later or 2-week or 2-months later. They may be walking down the street and remember about their chronic discomfort or injury and say, “when did it leave me?”
And sometimes the healing may be used in leading into actually finding a cause of the persons distress for the first time after all these years of being in distress and the medical community not knowing why. Your medical professional may say, “oh my goodness, I’ve got it! I’ve figured out what this is or how to help you.”
And then there are times that I’m so concerned and bothered that nothing has happened even though I find out later that something had happened.
As I have always continued to contribute it all to the “old man or woman upstairs.”
My point is, there are some that are dis-heartened that nothing immediate has happened. Compared to many others with an immediate healing or a graduated healing over a few days’ time. Even though inside I know that it’s never the end of the story.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a Healer-Intuitive by the Grace of God.
In the past 48 years I have not ever studied any modalities or literature pertaining to healing nor intuition.
It is always fresh and new with each unique person. Everyone is unique in their life and experiences. Though everyone does have some basic reactive repercussions mentally and then emotionally that may be reflective in what might be happening in their body to create physical reactions.
Sometimes our dilemmas, dramas and traumas of life may affect our body years later.
“And Sometimes” I am able to perceive these things that might be hindering a person or their healing, or creating a need for healing. If so, I’ll see if there is an opportunity to bring these things up in conversation. But mostly, my place is to help a person feel better in their life. This is basically the work, in helping someone to feel better from their physical discomforts.
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Since Covid massively hit 4-years ago, there definitely has been a slowdown in my work with people coming to see me or have me come to their city or group. I have accepted this change and I am still learning and adapting with how people want to interact with me.
There was a lot of fear for a few years. Especially for the past year it seems that chunks of the fear are dissipating.
About 3-years ago a friend helped me to discover the internet for those that were confined to home. So now, about half of my business of Appointments are through Zoom, telephone and FaceTime. And, most of the Workshops offered are on Zoom. The Apprentice Trainings are in person only. And I am starting to get a few requests to start traveling again to teach Healing and for Personal Appointments to Church groups, Private groups and Individuals.
Of course I also realize that we have entered into a different paradigm of understanding, growth and presentation.
