Today we’d like to introduce you to Kathy Tiberi. 

Hi Kathy, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Making a professional change was the best “Mid-life crisis” decision I ever made. From Culinary school to starting my own business it was a win-win situation all around. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
When the COVID pandemic hit I definitely had to make lemonade out of lemons. Changes had to be made to fit into this “new normal” ….

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Being a private chef, you need to make dishes appealing to your clients. Customizing meals with dietary restrictions or aversions can be challenging and you need to be creative. My goal is to keep healthy approachable meals that excite the taste and the eyes! To splurge or not to splurge that is the question. SimplyGourmetbyK 

What makes you happy?
 Cooking for my Clients and sharing their experiences and excitement eating my food is the most satisfying ever!
