Rising Stars: Meet Katherine Moore

Today we’d like to introduce you to Katherine Moore. 

Hi Katherine, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
At a young age, I was introduced to the event rental industry. My parents owned and operated and event rental company. Along with my two brothers, I was always very involved in the family business. 

Soon after getting married to my husband. We packed up and moved out of state to start our own journey and one day raise a family in the great town of Prescott. 

Shortly after finding out we were expecting our first child. I knew I wanted to be able to work as well as raise my family while still getting to do what I love. 

That is when I made the decision to start my own event rental company. It has honestly been a dream getting to serve my clients do what I love while still having time with my Family. 

Whether hosting a backyard gathering, corporate event, or a formal wedding, Moore Party Rentals can handle various aspects to custom design your special event. 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has its up and downs. But all in all it has gone pretty well for being a small business. Employment has been a little tricky the past two years but I think every business has ran into this issue. All in all we are thankful to say we have had more ups then downs.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I work one on one with my clients to make sure they have all the rental items they were hoping for. We try to make sure all our clients feel very confident in their rental decisions. We are known for providing clean and custom rental items. We are a small family-owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on being able to work one on one and making sure our clients feel like they are our first priority. We work very hard behind the scenes to make sure this is a stress-free process for them. 

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Always be prepared for anything. Make sure all your contracts and terms and conditions are up to date and in order to make sure you and your clients are covered.
