Rising Stars: Meet James Lanham

Today we’d like to introduce you to James Lanham.

James, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I grew up in foster care and faced many hardships – I have to take this moment and thank myself for the times I was too poor, to the times when I pay my bills ahead – I have myself to thank for the structured and dedicated business success I have acquired to push through to manage 200+ websites and a handful of businesses.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I am a proud business owner who took up the daunting task of learning how to create my own WordPress websites and web footprint in city #5 of our great large nation.

Phoenix is hard to rank any business and the amount of money I save doing my own web footprint hails victory on my large call volume on my competitors – without the cost of hiring an agency to rank my business. It is important that you do not let your past define who you are today – real leaders reach their hand down to help others up and live by the golden rule.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I love my BIG city and the many fun activities Phoenix and the surrounding areas have to offer. I enjoy the atmosphere at Stir Crazy Comedy Club and is a great way to cut loose with some good laughs with some top names. There are ENDLESS concerts with several stadiums and casinos throughout the valley that have an awesome line-up of any kind of music for the many aged-bracketed folks here in Phoenix.

Tempe is a fun atmosphere full of vibrant colors at night and offers so much outdoors “anything” that the fun is limitless. Scottsdale is The Guru’s favorite spot to admire. It is a city with enrichment of growth and a friendly community to aspire to the growth Arizona is experiencing – my hot spot in Scottsdale is the hole in the rock or Papago Park. The Phoenix area has to offer is endless and I love my city for all it has to take in.

Learning ways to cope! I enjoy learning how to cope with the demands of business!
