Rising Stars: Meet Jaini Doffing and Natalli Kovalsky

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaini Doffing and Natalli Kovalsky.

Hi Jaini and Natalli, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Most of my career was spent working in high-level sales positions, traveling across the U.S., and sometimes beyond – to close deals in industries from travel and excursions to tech.

I loved my job and all of the opportunities it brought for me to see new places and meet new people, encounter then solve challenges that constantly kept me motivated for more. Then the pandemic hit, and it CHANGED everything, especially my personal and professional paths.

Despite this unexpected detour, I managed to find my true life’s calling and haven’t looked back.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
With travel halted during the lockdown of 2020, I was forced into a new position that relied heavily on corporate methods and mentalities. After years of freedom within my work, this opportunity just didn’t feel like the right fit. But after almost a decade in sales, where was I going to go? And in a PANDEMIC? So I left. I let my cushioned career path and started navigating the unknown terrain of finding my current purpose. That’s when I met Natalli.

At this time, during the Winter of 2020, Natalli was providing services out of a 200 sq-foot studio with only 1-2 select aestheticians. Her ultimate vision to create a business that specialized in helping people look AND feel better, inspired me from the start. Inspired me to try something new, to take a leap of faith not only for her but for myself, too. Our combined experience, her spa expertise, and my sales background have allowed us to create a foundation for Embody Collective that’s built on both passion and precision; we may have faced our share of challenges to get here, but the direction forward is clear.

As of this publishing, we have just opened our flagship office in Scottsdale, with 6 treatment rooms and a variety of add-on amenities such as IV infusions and Pilates. With multiple skin and body services, we are reshaping the industry by showcasing the beauty of wellness, from the inside out.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am the Chief Operating Officer of Embody Collective. Along with sales production, I currently oversee the hiring and day-to-day operations of the business. I am also a hands-on, in-office treatment specialist, helping men/women feel their best with treatments from facials to skin-tightening and body contouring.

I feel so grateful that I am able to live out a passion with Embody Collective that I never even knew I had. Natalli has helped me translate my love of meeting and engaging with people into a full-time job that makes me excited to go to work every day. We see the positive impact daily of the work we are doing, and how support from the right people can change your life; in and out of the office.

Through this experience, I have the chance to help others become their best selves, all while becoming my best self.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
After trying to grind through 2020/early 2021, I have unequivocally learned that taking care of yourself is the most important thing you can do. To put it simply, health is wealth.

I know that I am incredibly lucky to have this opportunity to grow from this turmoil, and I want to continue to pay that forward by not taking one second of my journey for granted. Because the more we show care for ourselves, the more care we can ultimately show for others.
