Hi Cerila, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I launched my business, Orchestrating Your Success LLC, in 2015 while still working full-time. For the next two years, I juggled my full-time job and managed my business during my off hours.

In 2017, I was laid off from my job, prompting me to fully commit to my business. I dove in headfirst and never looked back. The key to my success has been actively engaging with people and networking with various organizations.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
After fully committing to my business in 2017, running it proved challenging. Starting out, I had to find clients and seek out opportunities, all while watching my expenses rise with minimal revenue coming in.

I often asked myself, “Am I going to make it? Should I get a part-time job to pay the bills? Should I give up on my goal of having a successful business?” For me, the key was to keep learning and adapt my business as needed.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe you can tell us more about your work next?
“Every project is unique, and every business does project management differently.” – Cerila Gailliard, PMP, CSM A veteran of all things project management. Orchestrating Your Success LLC is dedicated to bringing clarity and driving results within the project management framework. Our commitment is to prepare organizations for the work required to achieve project success!

This led me to launch my podcast, “Manage Your Projects with Confidence.” Its purpose is to offer valuable insights into efficient project management strategies while engaging with entrepreneurs who share their experiences and expertise.

The podcast aims to guide listeners through the intricacies of project management on their entrepreneurial journey. https://manageyourprojectswithconfidence.com/

How do you think about luck?
Being lucky has nothing to do with being successful, in my opinion. Success is all about showing up! If you do not show up, you do not place yourself in a position for opportunities to find you.
