Rising Stars: Meet Anita Yadav

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anita Yadav.

Hi Anita, It’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, could you share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hello there, I am Anita Yadav, and I have been based in Phoenix for the last six years. I pursued my Bachelor in Technology, pursued corporate job for four years, and then left the tech line. I have had no interest in that from the start. I am creative and love to do different things, learn new things, and try to do them. I get bored of one thing very quickly, so I try other things side by side. I am an aspiring Actress(doing a film which is in the shooting process) Model, Fitness Enthusiast, Home Baker.

Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has never been a smooth road, and it will not be in the future. Problems always come, but that’s life. The main turning point of my life was when I shifted from India to the USA. This was a completely new place, a different country, ambiance, people, and environment for me. Apart from this, I took a long time to identify my interest or decide whether to pursue it. Is this right for me? Challenges will always come, but I always believe in finding solutions because the problem is already there, so it is better to focus on the solution.

Let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an aspiring Actress(doing a film which is in the shooting process) Model, Fitness Enthusiast, Home Baker(I have my own bakery, taking orders of cakes, cupcakes, & Cookies), Interior Decorator, and a new hobby, which is doing nowadays making home decor items from raw material like Table, Painting, Mosaic Mirror Art, Clay Art, DIY. Everybody is different in their own way. If they are doing the same thing, they will do it differently because everybody has a different perspective. My style differs from others because I want my work to be perfect. I don’t settle below perfect. Whatever I do, whether acting, modeling, baking, or decorating projects, I do them by my heart and give my 100%, and believe me, when we do something by heart, it will come out very beautiful. You can say Jack of All Trades about me.

Please talk to us about happiness and what makes you happy.
Baking makes me very Happy. Making cakes for someone on their special day makes me feel excellent. Decorating a space feels very good. I enjoy it. Making handmade DIY stuff gives me immense pleasure. And I am very good at these two. I will soon start my handmade home decor items line. I am working on it. Fingers crossed🤞🏼
