Meet Yavone Carson-Burger of Yavone Notary And Signing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yavone Carson-Burger.

Hi Yavone, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Well, I moved here seven years ago to start a new chapter of my life. My daughter graduated high school and it was time I pursued my entrepreneurial goals.

I’ve always been an entrepreneur. I started initially with Herbalife so that I could be a stay-at-home mom. I moved to Arizona to start a new business chapter with Vemma. I had an adorable apartment, gorgeous black Mercedes. I was making a six-figure income… We had wild success the first year and a half. And everything went South. Due to some changes in the industry and the climate of our world as well as some bad business choices, I was struggling to keep my entrepreneurship afloat. I made the decision to move out of my apartment & rent a room in order to alleviate some financial stress. I also did not renew my lease on my car… For 2 years I was” treading water” financially. Still living in a rented room in someone else’s home. I still had no car or transportation.

Finally, with great regret and hesitation, I finally gave in and applied for many jobs! I got hired at Sprouts head cashier position. which was only two blocks from my room so I could walk to work. I was feeling a bit more optimistic financially. I know things always work out for me.

After two years with a JOB, I was just starting to get my bearings. Then the worst imaginable, I had a cardiac arrest at work. My right arm was amputated due to a blood clot. I found myself unable to continue working and now desperately drowning in medical bills…

6 months past I really struggled with seeing a bright future and finding my way independently much less entrepreneurially. At this point, I force myself to listen to personal development, spiritual messages affirmations, the law of attraction, laws of the universe, and the promises of God. Anything and everything I could get my hands on, get my ears on to make myself feel better, and reinstall the belief that my future was bright & the best days are yet to come. I’d always been physically fit running 6 miles a day 5 to 7 days a week. After three months out of the hospital, I was running 6 miles a day again. Every time I went for a run, I’d have something positive in my brain, on my headset, going through my earphones.

My ex-sister-in-law, who I hadn’t really been close to in 15 years began to text me or call me to communicate with me in some way every single day with links, messages, Love & support every single day for months and still to this day!!!

I regained my belief that I was incredible, exceptional child of god! I deserve the best of everything and began to focus on my desires and direction I wanted my life to go. I began the process of rebuilding my life both mentally emotionally and physically. I went back to work at Sprouts but was struggling. I felt like I was not going to have any value or be able to impact others’ lives as I had as an entrepreneur for so many years. Improving the lives of others, mentoring, and Leadership combined with being My Own Boss and making my own schedule was a distant memory. I really believed It was not possible anymore. Most pressing was, I needed to make more money.

I applied for several other jobs to increase my income. I was offered a position at Lowe’s as head cashier. which really allowed me to feel valuable & financially get my bearings again. I also began to work at AJ’s Fine Foods part-time.

Now I was able to move out of the room. I got my own apartment. I leased a new dream car. After a year of the treadmill of working two jobs not having a day off and constantly tired, I’m feeling stuck. I met a charismatic guy through a dating app that introduce me to being a loan signing agent. An amazing entrepreneurial business opportunity… I felt inspired and hopeful once again.

I jumped in with both feet worked more hours at my jobs to afford the tools and supplies to become a mobile notary loan signing agent. After 6 months of studying Non-Stop & investing in the tools necessary and being exhausted, I finally started my notary business as a loan signing agent. And my future is bright. AGAIN!!

I am again able to impact others’ lives! I contribute, support, and encouragement others by using the one hand I have to notarize & guide real people through their loan docs signing experience. I notarized loan documents for all people from all walks of life. I hold their hand and guide them through one of the most financially impactful events of their life.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I only have one arm! Everything is a challenge. Preparing food, laundry, hair make-up, tying shoes, jewelry, buttons, driving, the writing!!! Everything is a challenge

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

Walking people through the most impactful business/ financial events of their life feel so good. empowering and humble all the same time.

I am a notary public however I specialize in loan document signing. What sets me apart from others is my desire to serve, impact, and create value for others. I’m most proud of the fact that I have overcome amazing obstacles to build my business and to become viable. I’m still exploring all the opportunities available to me to contribute to others’ lives. I’m open to suggestions!!

Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
I really want to inspire folks to not recognize what is. What you see is a result of your past thoughts. Where you’re at now is not where you are going. We must look to the Future and look to where we are going. Believe better in yourself than everybody around you. It’s not easy!! You’ve got to fill your head, fill your heart and fill your mind with whatever it takes to make you believe that you are everything and anything you desire. Focus on how you want to feel. Focus on the feelings you want to experience & not so much the actions and the physical experience that you’re currently having.
