Meet Victoria Richardson of The Rapid Renegade

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Richardson

Hi Victoria, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have always been curious about why people act the way they do. As a child, I could almost see the inner child of an adult acting out trying to meet a need but sabotaging the relationship. I was a seeker to understand everything from people to the universe. I explored everything from numerology to astrology, enneagrams, attachment styles, and Human Design. In 2019 I had an emotionally elevated circumstance with my mother-in-law and my husband was defending her. I felt abandoned, betrayed, and angry but ultimately — underneath it all — I was deeply sad. We had two small boys and this event was creating a wedge in our relationship. As time went on, I started therapy and started learning more about attachment styles, coping mechanisms, triangulation, and inner child wounds. As I started learning more, the more and more angry I became. I knew more about myself and my mother-in-law and every strategy a therapist gave me I either already tried or they didn’t work. All I wanted was peace. Peace in myself and my relationships. I knew it was all on me if I wanted things to change. I was the only one trying to figure it out. I didn’t expect my husband to suddenly understand my feelings or for my mother-in-law to change. I spent nearly three years seeing several therapists and still feeling disconnected, angry, and frustrated. My in-laws have a place down in Mexico and I refused to go down — there was NO WAY I would be stuck down there with nowhere to go. Eventually, my husband gave me an ultimatum — although he would tell you it wasn’t an ultimatum — saying that I needed to figure this out. It was important for him for him that his family (me and our two boys) spend time in a place he loved with his parents. He wanted to give the boys the gift that he had growing up down on the beach. Again, I felt betrayed and backed into a corner. Angry, I got into my car, turned on one of my favorite Human Design podcasts, and listened to an interview with a woman named Elli. She was a PSYCH-K facilitator and I had NO idea what that was… However, she was being interviewed by the host who had a session with her about her insecurities about her body and it was limiting her from surfing. They were talking about this thing called the subconscious system and how we have trauma loops and patterns that can easily be broken with this modality. I pulled into my parking garage, pulled over, and emailed her. I remember exactly where I was when she called me for my free discovery call and I made the decision to invest in four sessions. For some reason, investing in this felt hard and it was difficult for me to explain to my husband that I needed to spend this money on an intangible thing that he had no idea about. He researched it, poked holes in the modality, read online reviews, and played the devil’s advocate. I eventually told him that I was doing it and I booked my first call. In my first session, I worked on the stress I felt about my relationship with my mother-in-law. I created peace in my body and my mind and gave myself new beliefs. The next day, she came over unannounced which would normally send me into a rage fit, but I answered the door and I felt… nothing. I felt peaceful and neutral. I could look her in the eye without wanting to fly out of my body. Something was drastically different and since then everything has changed. I went through several months of PSYCH-K facilitation and eventually got my level 1 and level 2 certifications. I explored everything about the subconscious and how it can be leveraged to heal the body and the mind. It can tell you what trapped emotions you have in your system if there are any imbalances, and it can help you break generational chains. Now I blend everything I’ve learned into my coaching practice. I am an energetic and subconscious specialist who helps my clients unveil and resolve the underlying cause of their mental, emotional, or physical pain. Rapid Release is the fastest, most effective way to transform your mindset and improve your health and happiness. I help people with everything from recovering from divorce to the overcoming the overwhelm of motherhood and those who have left narcissistic abusive relationships, people with anxious attachment styles, those suffering from the symptoms of autoimmune disease, people carrying around childhood trauma, and those who have been victims of spiritual abuse. I help them create peace and neutrality about their painful past and build a solid new foundation so they can move forward in an empowered, confident way. I help them become the best versions of themselves and help them tap into the innate magic and power they have. I help them connect to their higher purpose, inner wisdom, and express their gifts. I am immensely grateful for my mother-in-law and for being on the other side of the struggle because it led me here.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For the most part, my life has been smooth. I haven’t had serious trauma or debilitating diseases or injuries. I feel extremely lucky to have had the life I do and so when I was met with the challenging relationship with my mother-in-law it felt like a cosmic 2×4. It started years of emotional upsets and introspection. Those years were hard and eventually led to another rock bottom in my closest relationship — my best friend of 20 years. I felt extremely alone and it was a lot all at once. It was like all my relationships were imploding at the same time. However, in the time it takes to earn a high school diploma, I grew and healed in ways I could have never expected. I thought I experienced deep, emotionally meaningful relationships before, but they were nothing compared to what I have now. I deeply understand myself, how to process my feelings in a healthier way, how to have boundaries, and most importantly how to calm my body and my mind to create more peace and happiness in my life. For me, relationships have always been the cornerstone of my life, so when all of them were hitting rock bottom at the same time, my entire foundation shook. It forced me to look at myself and my life in a new way… it wasn’t comfortable, but it was necessary. I now know that we create our happiness by taking control of our stories and our minds. Now I help others do the same!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an energetic and subconscious specialist guiding my clients through powerful transformations. Together, we take their life circumstances, stress, and symptoms and transform them into peace, confidence, and wellness. I facilitate a process of belief upgrades, perception changes, and emotional releases guided by my knowledge and intuition equally. I help my clients gain the inner peace, satisfaction, joy, and authenticity they are seeking so they can be excited about their lives. We remove the gunk and cleanse the body and the mind to illuminate the power they have inside. Currently, I offer 1:1 sessions called Rapid Release and use Human Design as a roadmap for better understanding. I facilitate quick, powerful, and effective subconscious change to release what doesn’t serve them and build a powerful new foundation to create the life of their dreams. I am here to help you remember who you were designed to be and reclaim your power so you can thrive!

How do you think about happiness?
Being able to experience flow and serendipity in my life. It makes me feel connected and know that I am a part of a bigger whole. It allows me to meet amazing people and change people’s lives while fulfilling my sense of adventure. I also love my children, amazing earrings, a good patio, amazing food with great company, and the amazing friendships I have.
