Meet Troy Anderson of Allied Code in Scottsdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Troy Anderson.

Troy is an accomplished senior executive, entrepreneur, consultant, and board member with more than 25 years of success in the golf, home building, real estate, construction, and technology industries.

He leverages his extensive experience with optimizing technology to grow businesses. He is a valuable asset for small- and medium-sized businesses that are growing and scaling. He also helps established companies develop new technologies that will drive productivity and profitability while reducing costs.

Troy’s broad areas of expertise include software, mobile development, information technology strategy, business development, negotiations, scaling, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

In 2005, Troy founded Allied Code, a management consulting firm. For the past 13 years, he has helped a variety of businesses identify problems and provide solutions that enable them to succeed. Troy has developed software, iOS apps and websites for clients; a utility app he developed for fun has sold more than half a million downloads in the Apple Store.

Prior to Allied Code, he held executive leadership positions at Interactive Media Technologies, Symmetry Software, Motorola, Concrete Software (Owner), Loch Lomond Golf Club, Superstition Mountain Properties, The Lyle Anderson Company, Alare Capital Partners, and ChronosTelecom.

At The Lyle Anderson Company, Troy developed and ran luxury master-planned golf communities. This broadened his business and leadership experience beyond software, and taught him how to win over demanding customers. He managed all areas of a Lyle Anderson community, including sales, marketing, home building, construction management, club operations, and leadership of the owners’ association. In his six years at the company, Troy and his senior staff managed the construction of a 40,000 square foot clubhouse, produced events such as The Tradition golf tournament and the Street of Dreams home tour, and brought in more than $150M in sales.

Troy is currently the Founding President of the Theta Xi Fraternity Alumni Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Digital Progress, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Arizona Business Leadership.

He earned his BSCE in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington and his degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. In addition to his formal education, Troy’s ongoing business education includes five years studying the philosophies, strategies, and practices of the Aji Network.
