Hi Trinity, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story. 
Growing up with two older sisters, my love and passion for anything beauty related has always been ingrained in me. It was no surprise that I knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue a career in the beauty field. However, it wasn’t until the trend of lash extensions emerged that I thought to myself, “I could do this.” Little did I know, it was a challenging journey. Nevertheless, through sheer determination and discipline, I managed to build a loyal clientele and establish Vivant Lashes as a reputable brand 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has certainly been a challenging journey. At the beginning of my career, I faced numerous difficulties in maintaining a consistent clientele. However, I persevered and gradually improved. My line of work heavily relies on practice, so I dedicated myself to continuous improvement until I reached a point where my clients were consistently satisfied with the outcomes. Additionally, I have grappled with imposter syndrome, and this struggle persists even today. I am uncertain if I will ever completely overcome it. Nevertheless, I view this struggle not entirely negatively, as it motivates me to constantly strive for perfection. If this is currently my biggest challenge, I consider myself incredibly fortunate

Additionally, I strive to provide more affordable options for my clients, as I believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful. What sets me apart is my genuine love for my work and my ability to color-match my clients, enhancing their natural eye shape. One aspect that brings me immense pride is my role as a mentor to my students. Despite initial fears of being a subpar mentor, I have proven myself wrong through multiple training classes. Witnessing the growth and improvement of my students has been truly rewarding. 

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I firmly believe that discipline is the utmost crucial trait. Numerous occasions have arisen where my friends or family have advised me to prioritize personal desires over my clients’ commitments. However, I have always remained steadfast in my dedication to never cancel on my clients unless I am unwell or there is a genuine family emergency
