Meet Trailblazer Hevin Zaza

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hevin Zaza.

Hevin, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My life started in Damascus, Syria. At the age of ten, I moved with my family to the charming town of Bristol in the smallest state, Rhode Island.

I’ve always had passion and enthusiasm for hair care, skin care, makeup, nails, fashion, fitness and more — like sewing — thanks to my mother, who taught me how to sew at the age of twelve. For me, it’s a fun and relaxing hobby and I am so fortunate to have been blessed with this wonderful skill — it’s one of my “me time” activities.

As a content creator, I turn my beauty routines into humorous, educational and creative content where I share my reviews, tips and beauty tricks with viewers.

Whatever age you are, finding the right products can be daunting. My goal is to share what I’ve learned over the years to help my followers become more confident, positive and creative.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Everyday is a challenge, but I love challenges – they keep me on my toes.

Many people don’t understand YouTube and what it takes to make high-quality videos. Making videos take A LOT of time – – being creative, having original content and being consistent.

I’m always passionate about content I create on all of my social media platforms. The results are better and I enjoy what I’m doing even more! Without passion, there’s no true connection. If you have ever had a job that you felt passionately about, then you know what I mean.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about StyleByZaza – what should we know?
I enjoy sharing my experience to help women of all ages achieve their best by creating beauty and fashion related content on all of my social media platforms. I put in a lot of hours in creating content, but it’s so worth it. If I can reach some women and help them feel more confident, then I am truly happy.

What’s the most important piece of advice you could give to a young woman just starting her career?
Emotionally, you need to have thick skin. If you really want to make videos, and it’s something you believe you’ll enjoy, the last thing you need to do is care about what anyone else thinks. Like with anything else, you can’t make everyone happy. Be prepared for negative comments. If you can handle that, then you should be good to go.

Don’t let anyone spoil your fun!
