Meet Trailblazer Claudia Borquez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Claudia Borquez.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Started my business about 1 1/2 years ago. took a leap of faith, not knowing where was it taking me, I challenge myself to make it come happen. I was scared not only on top of the critics I was getting. I knew deep inside my heart told me to keep on going. I prepared myself not knowing how this business will turn out.

I’ve been in customer service for the past 15 yrs. Love it. My passion was to give excellent customer service and solve there was my goal, I was always been someone that love to learn new things and was never scared to be out the box. I found the interest of income taxes and took a class. Then, I’ve become a notary then I found the interest of mortgages and became a signing agent. Always getting certified for different services. As I was walking through of what I was doing, I had a co-worker (Flory) that I mention I wanted to start a business. she told me she will follow me and also get certified. At the point, I had someone interested in my idea and believed in me. It’s crazy that sometimes the people that believe in you are not the closest people you love. That’s when I started in believing myself that I could really own my business. I had this person believing in me and did not take a chance. That’s when I realized I had to make it happen. I wanted to add different services, so I named it All & All Documents, LLC (Sirviendo la Comunidad) in Spanish. Servicing all types of documents of daily living. My mission is to help the Hispanic community, they are with lack of information or not educated on what to do in some cases. Or they charge an arm and a leg. When some documents are so simple.

As I became more involved with local businesses, I met great people they are my family. Thank you, Edgar Olivo, from Compass CBS every Monday energize your business its called. I notice they had the same belief and passion like me. I met two more great people that I added in my business Mayra and Monica we clicked they have the same desire to help the community. Since then, we have been together. Not only we have this business we met a great person that believed in us Franko from a podcast called Frekuencia Alterna that was very interested in our lives on Facebook invited us to have a show MC Show Monica and Claudia Show. I could not believe in within the year my business and a podcast I would have, unbelievable, never knew this could happen I mean who has a business and a show where we could talk about the business and not only that support local businesses. Our mission is to help women built up there self-esteem and become successful. Today, I say I have met great people the support for what I’am today. Helen Edwards inspires me never gives up and keep on dreaming.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
What a road trip I could say. I was a young mother with 4 kids, was a single mom for 10 years. I was in an abusive relationship and scared to be alone, he always told me I could never make it, I will struggle all my life with 4 kids on my own, I had two jobs to support my kids. Did not finish college because either I supported my kids or studied with no child support in hand I had to work. But, I said to myself or I could say I never gave up knowing deep in my heart I wanted to be a women entrepreneur. Many road trips in hand but I’m here.

I want to encourage young women out there. Sometimes, it could be your closest love one that does not believe in you or supports you and could take everything you desire, NEVER give up, never take a no for an answer or a cannot do it. Follow your heart in your dreams. It’s never too late to start… I always say… if you failed and things did not go how you wanted or whatever situation is… you learned from it. That’s a good thing… now you know how to begin and nothing can scare you. Take the challenge and dream. Trust me… when you give 100% in anything you love, it pays off.

My mission is to support the community with daily living documents. Helping them understand any documents and most all our clients have everything one stop shop. The difference from others is our customer service, we treat our clients with respect and most of all with reasonable prices. We support local businesses.
