Meet Trailblazer Adriana Sfarcioc

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adriana Sfarcioc.

Adriana, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
As of right now, I feel like my story has just started. I got my Esthetician license summer of 2018 and opened up my own suite right away. It was a dream of mine to one day “be my own boss” and own a suite. I thought I would work for a few years in the industry before doing my own thin, but I realized it was possible to do it now. So, I did! I’m proud to say I am the owner of Peachy Kleen Ko. and that this is just the beginning of the journey.

I decided to go to school for Esthetics after dealing with skin issues for 10+ years. I was passionate to learn more about skin so I could help myself and ultimately it made me want to help others.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Like any journey, it is not perfect. There will be highs as well as lows. Struggles will come along the way but what you do when you hit a bump in the road is what’s important. Don’t give up, you will deal with challenges, its inevitable. Good things don’t come easy.

My biggest advice to other women who are just starting their journey would be, believe in yourself. No one else cares about your own dream more than yourself. If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? Make goals, chase your dreams, make lists, and start focusing on what’s most important first. Take it day by day, step by step. Also, do not do this alone. Be surrounded by others who will encourage you. Those who will pick you up when you feel like falling. Likeminded people and those who are successful in what they do. It’ll all be worth it in the end.

I am an Esthetician! Our field varies from facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, microblading, spray tans, etc. I specialize in skincare overall. I approach skin on a holistic level! I do primarily facials, as well as chemicals peels.

Helping others achieve their best skin is what I’m all about. Facials are customized to each client, it is personal to what their needs are. I enjoy educating my clients as well as helping them relax during their treatment. My favorite thing about being an Esthetician is making my clients feel beautiful in their own skin. Peachy Kleen Ko. is about loving the skin you are in!

Which women have inspired you in your life?
I find inspiration everywhere. I think I would have to say my biggest inspiration would be my father. He moved to America when he was 16, he didn’t know English and didn’t finish school. Yet, he started his own business and is successful. Growing up and watching him thrive made me realize that anything is truly possible if you do the work! That inspired me and still inspires me daily.
