Meet Tony Pilato of Elite Tabletops

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Pilato.

Hi Tony, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I Started in the Tabletop Advertising industry in 2009 in Coolidge, Arizona. From there, I obtained more restaurants throughout Arizona and then my business evolved on a national scale. I traveled 2-3 weeks out of the month, supporting local businesses and communities throughout the United States with my tabletop program.

My tabletop advertising program was very unique which provided free custom-designed tabletops to family owned restaurants, that supported the local businesses on their new tables. The new tables served as a platform for local businesses to advertise their business on for 2 full years.

On December 9th, 2021 My wife Maria and I formed Elite Tabletops to not only sustain traditional tabletop advertising, but to reinvent new ways of offering our tables to restaurants and businesses.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Every business has its challenges but those force us to grow. Our journey from a small, traditional tabletop advertising company to a dynamic brand providing custom tabletop solutions across multiple states has been far from quick or easy. The truth is, we grew by transforming every aspect of our business—from our services and strategies to our mindset and overall mission.

We did this to solve key issues and problems that would arise with the traditional tabletop advertising model. The time frames that it took and the delays we encountered, through various aspects of our business. We’ve successfully overcome our struggles by ingenuity!

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Elite Tabletops ?
We’re fortunate to operate in a space with virtually no direct competition. While other tabletop advertising companies do exist, none maintain a visible or accessible presence. ELITE TABLETOPS is the only company in our industry with a well-established brand across multiple digital platforms—including our website, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.

Our availability seven days a week, along with our ease of contact and consistent online presence, sets us apart in a significant way.

What we’re most proud of is how the ELITE TABLETOPS brand is gaining recognition across the U.S. Each week, we receive inquiries from restaurants and businesses throughout our state of Arizona and other states seeking our products and services. Our brand’s growth has been entirely organic—driven by our consistent presence, commitment, and active engagement in the business.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Our oldest daughter, Candace, has played a vital role in the growth of our company. Though she’s half our age, her insight, business sense, and understanding of customer needs are far beyond her years. Without formal training, she instantly grasped what we do—and started making game-changing suggestions right away.

Candace brings fresh ideas to our business on a weekly basis, helping us stay current and constantly evolve. Her entrepreneurial spirit mirrors ours, and her contributions have been nothing short of transformative. We’re beyond grateful to have her by our side—she’s truly an essential part of Elite Tabletops.
