Meet Thomas Turner of Relentless Beats in Downtown Phoenix

Today we’d like to introduce you to Thomas Turner.

Thomas, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started off when I fell in love with European dance music in the 90’s. I was totally blown away by the unity on the dance floor and it was the best party atmosphere I’d ever seen. I wanted to share it with my friends, but it was non-existent where I lived at the time. Fast-Forward to 2017 and you see us having our most successful year to date, producing over 200 events a year and booking over 500 artists.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Much like most industries, the path of Relentless Beats has certainly had its share of challenges. There is always going to be obstacles, with declining then returning interest in our core- which is dance music. It is up to our team to adapt to changing tastes and stay ahead of the trends. That is what has kept us relevant for this long.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Relentless Beats story. Tell us more about the business.
Relentless Beats specializes in electronic music promotion. We aim to create the best nights of people’s lives at our festivals and be the heartbeat of our fans weekend on a weekly basis. On any given night we will have several events taking place throughout Phoenix and the surrounding areas.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Have to say luck has been on our side, but I’ve never seen a group of people work as hard as our company does. That’s the real difference in our business- the people who keep things moving forward. They are all 100% down for the job at hand, which is taking care of our customers.
