Today we’d like to introduce you to T-Cheri.

T-Cheri, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
What is #QweenDom? It’s a positive platform for women to have a voice. It’s a place that allows us to learn and grow together. A circle of Qweens that have a positive strong foundation and an even stronger bond; a sisterhood! It’s a platform that offers help in the areas of lifting self-esteem and personal development!

The movement’s purpose is to help women fulfill their purpose in life by reaching what society says are unobtainable goals. This started with me being a bigger girl my entire life. Funny thing is people would often times say what I couldn’t do! However, I always worked harder to prove a point; that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! This platform is one entity of my personal company Purposely Graced LLC.Move to Trash

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
This has been a struggle daily as I also deal with personal esteem issues. It takes a strong woman to pour into others when you have your own insecurities. However, I know where my help comes from! I am surrounded by wisdom. Often times we fill that we can’t go on and God himself sends someone to text or call to check up on you. Many people told me this wasn’t going to work and I was wasting my time because women can’t get along! I beg to differ, we have an Arizona chapter, Georgia chapter, and Missouri chapter! It hasn’t taken off as one would hope but I know that as long as I keep pushing things will eventually fall into place.

Please tell us about #QweenDom.
QweenDom is a community, not just an individual! We had a slow start but giving back is a very important thing for us. We just hit our year mark and really just getting started! We have big plans for the future! We did a photo shoot last year in 110 degrees out in the park! This group was made up of stay at home moms, nurses, call center workers, etc.! However, it was a group of women coming together to say “I am enough”.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I have so many people who have helped QweenDom get off the ground! My mother Cassandra Allen and my grandma Dorothy Allen are my biggest fans/supporter! I also have my two angels as I call them, my cousin Tequila Brooks and my sister Tasha Johnson! A special thank you to my spiritual Godmother Teresa Bogans. No matter how much I wanted to give up they wouldn’t let me! The team of models from each state that helped keep this afloat, especially my Phoenix team! Tenea, Demi Nyx, SRenea, and Gemini Red are my foundation that helps hold this thing together! These ladies are all upcoming and on the rise; they are pictured in the pink #QweenDom shirts!

My team of photographers are all super talented and it has been my pleasure working with each of them; Ivan with Element 5ive Images Chriss with All Over Photography, Moriah with More Love Photography, Mosi with Bestvoy Images, Lekardo with Lekardo Pitts Photography, Jamal with Peachcity Photography, and Jerry with JW Images! I have two Phoenix-based MakeUp Artist; Star 🌟 with Star Struck Faces and Teek Teek with The Beat Box! A team of designers Dee Reiley designer of Thickumms.com, Eve designer of Charm & Royalty, and Kiy designer Bougie Hippie! Special thanks to Tim with DoDaddies for designing and printing my shirts for QweenDom! I try to use local people to help keep the dream alive! I have worked with so many talented people from St. Louis, Atlanta, and Phoenix! Everything I do is to show my son that the sky is the limit and you can do anything you set your mind too!
