Meet Stephanie Blain of Smile Every Day Clothing aka S.E.D.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Blain.

S.E.D. (Smile Every Day Clothing) has been brewing for quite some time!

With two young kiddos, Stephanie started to think about what core values were most important to instill in her children. This train of thought brought her to the four values of S.E.D. Their goal is to live by and teach one another:

To SMILE: Always find your smile! A smile can change your day for the better and perhaps someone else’s too.

To be KIND: We define this word in our house regularly. Be friendly and considerate to spread more kindness!

To be GRATEFUL: Realize that how lucky and fortunate we are to have our health, friends, family, and so much support. Others may not be as fortunate, so we must try in every way to help.

To be POSITIVE: Life is hard, and we are faced with challenges every day. However, it’s up to us to choose how we look at those challenges. I want to show myself and my kiddos how to look at the positive side of circumstances, no matter how difficult it may seem in the moment!

S.E.D. is not only a clothing brand but a way of life. It is our mission to inspire Smiles, create Kindness, encourage Gratitude, and believe in the power of Positivity. So make sure to wear smile every day!

Has it been a smooth road?
Hahaha! I person can wish! It has truly been an Amazing journey thus far but yes there have been many struggles!

– Trying to balance life with two young kiddos, be a good wife, and run a brand new business that’s hard in itself!

-Manufacturing- with all the back end details that go into making a good, quality product. I.e. sourcing fabric, costing, designing, and doing all this while trying to finish on time and within budget!

– We pride ourselves in the quality and craftsmanship of our tanks and soon to be leggings but there has been challenges getting our brand known!

I am sure we will face more but in the same fashion there have been struggles there have been unforgettable moments too!

We specialize in tank tops and leggings for both at leisure and everyday wear! We pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality fabrics, designing tanks that look good on most body types, and always having a positive outlook even when it may be hard.

There is so much to be proud of but I think I will stick with two-
1. That the vision of S.E.D. is now a reality and for all the Amazing people that have helped and encouraged along the way!
2. That my dad’s drawings from years and years ago are on some of the tanks and leggings and will continue to be!

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love that the sun shines 99% of the time here in Phoenix! I love cacti and palm trees! I love that there are so many wonderful hikes around the city AND I love that in only two hours you can get to the snow and cooler climates should one want to!

Like least- that’s a hard one for me…. I am not sure, I kinda really like Phoenix! =)
