Meet Stefan Kovacs of Defiant Solutions LLC and Reaper Nutrition

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefan Kovacs.

Stefan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started my business idea while in the military. It started out as a t shirt and tactical company and later into the supplement store we currently have now. I have always worked in the supplement industry before doing it on my own. What made us switch up everything was my lady was diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. With that happening I quit my full time job contracting , stopped the other businesses and focused on supplements where I could be at home with her during the year long treatments and surgery’s.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
A big struggle is just normal competition, inflation and navigating different trends within the supplement industry. A lot of people don’t understand you take a gamble on everything you bring into your store whether it be marketing , expiration dates etc etc

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Defiant solutions llc and reaper nutrition?
What everyone should know is that is that we aim to have a solution for everybody within our shop. From just the regular person to the competitor. What sets us apart is we have always have the newest and best products from all of our various brands. What I am most proud of is my team. From my ambassadors to my partners. Without my team behind me and all of the ambassadors who have joined us along the way we would not be where we are. They deserve as much credit as anyone else.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Take the gamble on yourself. Surround yourself with those better than you and build off your mistakes as learning experiences. Don’t quit. It’s going to feel like a roller coaster but put it in your mind it’s all or nothing. Lastly , find great people who can help you build, no one builds anything on their own.
