Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacy Aronica.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I am so proud to call the Phoenix valley home. First I’d like to mention, I appreciate Voyage Magazine for highlighting many people pouring their time and talents into our community.
Upon moving to the Phoenix area, I experienced a life-changing event that shifted me to leave an eight-year hospitality management career into one that I was neither standing all day nor sitting all day. Real estate has been a part of my life since childhood. My father worked for Freddie Mac and my grandfather was a Realtor. I remembered my passion for real estate and discovered it as an outstanding vehicle to help people with one of their most important experiences, their home. I began in property management in 2008. Beginning my real estate career during the market crash was the best learning, beyond what I could have hoped for. I quickly became well versed in short sale transactions, personnel, property and business management, asset management and investor relations. I have been an active licensed Realtor in Maricopa County since 2009 and specialize in re-sale residential, new home sales, and investor needs valley wide. I have received awards in marketing, management and leadership and recipient of the Hyland Bay Top Gun Award, February 2016.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been on a path of health and personal development. In fact, I was a personal development junkie!… watching all the YouTube videos I could click, reading the books, and attending as many seminars and masterships as possible traveling around the country. However, I was left full of knowledge and unfulfilled in the spirit. I began working with spiritual mentors who helped me to discover the joy and satisfaction I was seeking. I began receiving soul satisfaction in my business and opening my direct channel and strengthening my connection to the divine.
I have dedicated myself to service; developing a more harmoniously advanced community through enhancing greater self-awareness. Through my spiritual, personal and professional journey I have developed a holistic approach to education, guidance, and mentorship serving fellow Realtors, business owners, and clients by assisting them in their own quest for living more open-hearted, purposeful, passionately fulfilling lives. Thus, Journey Home was born.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The feeling of struggle was something I was not accustomed to in early years. Pain, heartbreak, grief, anger, fear, yes, I had been familiar with all of those emotions. However, it wasn’t until I embarked on my journey to freedom that I experienced the contrast of deep struggle. Ah, the contrast of life! The more efforting, the more I would feel like I was spinning my wheels. Then, I would put out more effort in the physical world thus creating a cycle. In a few short years, I experienced quite a bit of struggle…loss of money, relationships, and business. For the first time in my life, I was the clearest regarding my vision however, it felt just out of reach. I knew I subconsciously created a struggle to push myself out of my comfort. Someone asked me once, “Why not leave Arizona? If you don’t have the life you want why stay? I don’t understand.” I responded by saying it has nothing to do with anything outside of me. One of my greatest mentors taught me, with every challenge lies a spiritual puzzle waiting to be solved. Life is all about consciousness. Change your consciousness and the physical world will follow. The spiritual puzzle would have still been with me regardless of the next person, place or thing. This I knew. What I’d built could not be seen, it wasn’t physical. What I would have potentially left behind had not manifested yet. The question I was asked was in fact a mirror. What I knew in my mind had hit my heart reflecting very clearly at that moment more than ever. When the dream is connected with our soul, heart, and mind it will literally fuel us. This does not mean that we must hustle or struggle. We have been programmed that the definition of success must come from work that drains us. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. We are most effective when we do the work no one else can see. Then we take inspired action and it does not need to feel like a lot of efforting or struggle. It can feel like flow.
Awakening to our spiritual awareness is not easy, it is a journey. When we’re hand making something, it’s going to get messy. However, that’s where the goodness is. It takes everything we have to lean into God for the answers instead of settling in our comfort. Life experience is what makes us learn and grow. Even when it gets messy there is joy and satisfaction in the action because it’s divinely yours.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Journey Home – what should we know?
I was gifted with the ability to know the needs, pains and desires of others intuitively and recognized this early in life. Intuition and compassion have helped me in business to provide exceptional service, exceed expectations and help people receive and achieve what fulfills them. I have built my business relationships around our “journey home” acting as a catalyst for those seeking wealth & health in finances, mind, body, and spirit.
Journey Home provides the community with a unique holistic approach to home & lifestyle services. Journey Home offers consulting, educational guidance & mentorship for real estate and holistic wellness.
I am proud of the dynamic business owners I have partnered with who are committed to their work and growing the community. I am proud of the families who began working with me to improve their health and also desired to work together to improve their credit and home equity position. I’m proud of the families who have come to me to purchase or sell a home, and later decided to they also wanted to commit to improving their overall health and wellness. All areas of our life; finances, relationships and family, mind, body, spirit are connected. It’s truly an honor to serve.
How do you define success?
Success means many things to many people and throughout different seasons of life. However, I believe that through our seasons and cycles there are some consistent principles. Every time we share, receive or choose love, we are acknowledging, appreciating and receiving God’s love in us. It’s not our stuff, labels, titles, or our positions that defines us and leaves our mark on earth. We are sons and daughters of God and heirs to the kingdom of God. The physical work is easy compared to the non-physical work, the soul work. We know people who have had it all and lost it all, or had it all and still were not joyful and at peace. We are created to create. Our mark is defined by our love and what we create in the spirit of love. This is why we are here. Our mission is to walk in love, expand and evolve greater in love, beyond all the stories and open our heart unconditionally. Love truly is the highest strength, power, and good success. Everyone was given unique gifts and talents. No matter our perceived success, we will not actually feel successful if we are not contributing by using our God-given gifts and talents. Even if we are consciously aware of this or not, its in our soul.
Following the divine call and direction has helped me tremendously along the journey. We can have and do anything. However, we will not have it all or do it all at one time. We are here for the journey of it. Having a relationship with God has helped me know what inspired action to take next. While my mind may be questioning based on physical outcomes along the journey, if I know that I know (the collaboration, idea, business, etc) it’s from God, I have a green light to proceed. When I haven’t seen the green light, heard from God, I wait. Relationship with divine self and God is the best compass. Imagine a map, you are a moving dot however, the rest of the map is blank. You do not know what is north, south, east, west, or even see the road you are traveling. Build your faith and put on the armor of God and you can receive more than you could even imagine. Along the way, you will have more compassion for yourself and others and most importantly, you will connect to your full power. That my friend is a success. So, be a dot. Let’s Journey Home together.
