Meet Simone Davis of M.A.D.E Manifesting And Developing Empires in Chandler

Today we’d like to introduce you to Simone Davis.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Manifesting and Developing Empires was created when I realized that I had a divine purpose to empower women. As a single mother of four beautiful children Seth, Saniya, Skylee and Syir. Adversity continuously knocked at my door. No matter how dark and gloomy the road seemed to be I followed the voice of God . May 26, 2019, I relocated my children and I to Chandler, Arizona. There I was in a foreign land like Abraham looking for my next mission from God. September God told me to go get my DBA for my scholarship beauty pageant. I had left beauty pageants behind me. In fact, my last pageant was Miss America Divine Elite. I established this platform to uplift black women in pageantry. Miss. America Divine Elite is how the acronym for M.A.D.E got started. This time around God said your pageant must reach the masses and will be built on core principles of mindset, agility, determination and economic empowerment. At the time I didn’t understand it. When I went to file my DBA as Miss America Divine Elite God immediately gave instructions to call it Miss. Arizona Divine Elite. Being obedient allowed me to visit the Mayor of Chandler and receive overwhelming support in many areas. Many were inspired after I hosted my first fundraiser for the homeless receiving countless contacts from women questioning my fantastic momentum from the following I had built in just a few months. Then, my vision expanded to start a Women’s Empowerment group named Manifesting And Developing Entrepreneur Queens. Within two months the group had a following of nine hundred members. We held our first event January 11, 2020 it was a 2020 vision board party. That event single handedly fulfilled what God wanted to do with Miss. Arizona Divine Elite and Manifesting and Developing Entrepreneur Queens. God was showing me that I was building an empire that could not be subjected to one entity. I had been assigned to merge the pageant industry with entrepreneurship.

Has it been a smooth road?
No, it has not been a smooth road. Right in the midst of my next important event a pandemic broke out. I was forced to stop hosting events for my Women’s Empowerment group. I noticed that I was being redirected. My pageant never really got off the ground like my women empowerment group. I was realizing that Arizona did not have a huge following behind pageants like Texas did. In July 2020, I decided I was going to build my credentials and show Arizona why they should trust me with being their next big pageant director. I decided to enter into the Ms United States National Pageant. August 17, I ruptured my Achilles and had surgery August 25th. Every part of me wanted to quit but I knew the M.A.D.E Queen platform needed to be heard. I knew that behind every successful woman was a tribe of successful women who have her back. M.A.D.E Queen reshapes the perception of adversity from struggles into strengths. I was looking at adversity eye to eye I couldn’t back down. I needed to show what could be accomplished with the right mindset as long as you have agility and determination. I knew my resilience would be the foundation of economic empowerment. So, I pushed forward. With my core principals in mind I was able to compete in a national pageant on one leg. I was named Ms United States People’s Choice 2020 and 4th runner up. That moment I was M.A.D.E. Adversity did not have a chance

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the M.A.D.E Manifesting And Developing Empires story. Tell us more about the business.
Right now I am known as “The Serial Mammapreneur” because Manifesting And Developing Empires houses so many resources. We specialize in pageantry and women empowerment but we are no strangers to financial literacy, health and wellness, self-care, entrepreneurship, and career building. What I am most proud of is our core principals Mindset, Agility, Determination, and Economic Empowerment. We are not limited on any resources. What sets us apart from others to be honest this vision was divinely given to me so I don’t even know how to compare to others when your manifestation is given to you by God.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see my industry being a corporation housing one of the most elite pageant systems. I also see my industry becoming a school to educate and empower businesses to manifest and develop their empires.
