My family has been in the real estate industry for 25 years and owned their own Real Estate Brokerage since 2013 called Exclusive Properties of Arizona. As a teenager, I would help my mother prepare for her open houses by setting up the signs and laying out marketing equipment for potential buyers to take home, even licking countless envelops for mailers. At a young age, I saw two things. How much work it took to be successful in real estate and the common issues agents were having.
I was fortunate to get a scholarship to Campbell University in North Carolina to play Division 1 baseball where I excelled in the classroom and on the ball field. In 2012 I graduated with a degree in Communications & Marketing. In addition, I was the first-ever All American the school had ever produced in any sport.
I returned to Arizona after college and joined the family business as a licensed Realtor here in the Valley and still am to this day. As a new, young realtor I quickly realized that many of the issues my mother had as a new agent were the same problems I was now encountering years later.
At the top of that list was placing my open house signs. It was awful. You have your best outfit on, its 100 plus degrees, you have to fumble with getting them in and out of your vehicle. All to set up and arrive back at the house a hot mess with potential buyers at the door waiting for you to show them the property. I would scramble up to the door completely unprepared to show the house with no lights on or marketing material ready to pass out. This went on for months.
Finally, I thought, it would be great if there was a service that helped Realtors. Like an assistant for hire. To tackle all the little things I did not have time for but were vital to success. Has it been a smooth road?
The road has been a rocky one, to say the least. Being a young Entrepreneur with limited experience I did not know what to do or how to turn my idea into a reality. My father said that being honest, working hard and doing what you say you are going to do goes a long way. That these things should be a given in business. That your clients have to trust you to do business with you. So with that in mind, I started to apply those simple rules to everyone I encountered.

We will confirm with an electronic map of where all the signs will be placed leading potential buyers directly to the property. Allowing the client to show up, turn the key and start showing the house without having to touch or worry about signage.
What sets us apart is three things:
1. Our pricing is the cheapest in the Valley. We are $1 per sign cheaper than our competitors. Average signing $25 per event.
2. Our packages. We offer several different size packages instead of only offering 2 choices like our competitors. This gives the client more flexibility and allows them to choose what is best for their clients.
3. Most importantly. We offer free storage of Realtors Open House Signs and Flags. We will place their signs or if they do not have signs we can provide them for you. Coming from a real estate background I saw how important it was to market your brand and yourself at these open houses. A big part of that is using your open house signs that have your name, phone number, and other important info on it.
Often agents spend $500 or more on open house signs that they want to use but can not if they go with our competitor. We think that defeats the purpose. Each open house is a showcase and agents should use whatever they have to market themselves. That is why we will store and place your open house signs.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
The Real Estate Industry is always changing and quickly. We fully believe that it is becoming more and more digital and online-based. That is why we have partnered with Brokerages and Real Estate teams that are moving in that direction. For Example, we are proud to place open house signs for companies like Homie and Zillow.
