Today we’d like to introduce you to Shequel Flowers and Jorge Barrientos.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My husband and I fell in love working in a restaurant, and since then our love for each other has been as strong as our love for food. My husband Jorge was the pit master and I was the hostess with the mostess, the restaurant eventually shut down but our passion for the food industry didn’t. We began to brainstorm what avenue would work best for us entering the food world and food vending it was!

Has it been a smooth road?
The process of licensing and permits to get into events was something we didn’t expect to be a challenge.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
Our logo is cookin up our favorites, and we do just that. We take pride in being versatile and putting a street twist on classic meals. One thing that sets us apart is our passion for the food before the business.
