Meet Shay Stanislas of Lifestyle Branded in Scottsdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shay Stanislas.

Shay, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Building the “ Lifestyle” came naturally to me. Growing up I was always fascinated by the newest shiny and fun things , living life on your own terms and standing in the power of being your own boss, in high school it was something I was known for ,so five years later it was no shock that now I help build and create lifestyle’s for not only my clients but the amazing people around me as well.

When I started I knew I wanted to help people bring their visions and dreams to life. Creativity and the passion to pull it all together is something I’ve always possessed. So I began by first building my brand under its a lifestyle which caught wind and traction very quickly! People love being inspired to live their best lives from there I was able to use the same marketing tactics and branding expertise and grew from personal brands to businesses, influencers and now a thriving branding online storefront for worldwide companies.

Has it been a smooth road?
It hasn’t all been champagne and boat parties lol the biggest challenge I would say is our company has grown very quickly over a short amount of time! Which is what every business owner looks forward too. However with new growth comes new challenges, obstacles, and expectations. Your ability to change systems implement new things and virtually think on the move will be tested you just have to be ready for it.

Tell us more about the business.
Lifestyle Branded is a branding consulting company that helps elevate your business and brand at any stage whether you are in your initial start-up phase, ready to hit the ground or your a seasoned brand ready for a new look and message! We believe everything about your business should reflect your vision, and I and my team’s job are to embody that from the way you market to the public to the way your logo is viewed by potential partners.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
The industry is growing like never before! This new age of entrepreneurship is so amazing to see. It has a lot to do with the new social media wave and building personal brands to grow businesses is what’s in right now. My industry has never been at such high demand like it is right now, and in the next five to ten years, I see more and more entrepreneurs coming on the scene.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I can credit so many amazing and wonderful people who have not only helped lifestyle branded grow, but me as a new business owner and entrepreneur grow. From my head of design Brianna Black to my overly talented and driven clients, amazing friends along with my supportive family especially my sister Jameka Stanislas, who herself is a business owner in Phoenix. And of course, my main mentor Ms. Jay Gaines, the wholesale diva! Who to this day is teaching me what it really means to be a boss at the top of the business food chain, and how to stand in that power.
