Today we’d like to introduce you to Rylee Schoenborn.
Hi Rylee, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I am now attending college with a full ride in the communications major, with an emphasis in public relations. I hope to one day use those skills to become a film actress or social media marketer. I have already done a lot of content creating through my social media, I have gotten brand deals and done many collaborations which is always exciting. I definitely kept my faith strong with God and worked my hardest to define what makes me different from everyone else out there because that is the toughest part in the industry.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It is never a smooth road for any goal. I had to work very hard at keeping consistent content even when I was getting no feedback in return. Ultimately, it was worth the wait. It also took many hours of editing, some weeks my YouTube videos would take 15 hours to edit on top of my other 2 jobs and college.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am known to be a social media marketer and influencer. I am now studying Communications at college to have the degree. I believe what sets me apart from others is that I am very honest in all of my videos, and I have big facial expressions because I am an actress.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was a leader. I have always been a leader. I love to step outside of my comfort zone, make bold choices, and observe every obstacle. I also keep a positive mindset that has changed the way I perceive myself and my work.
