Today we’d like to introduce you to Rosa Logue.
Rosa, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I came to the U.S. as a sixteen-year-old immigrant with nothing but the clothes on my back. I worked with my family in fast food and I learned all I could even without speaking English. I returned to Mexico after being here a year and knew that I wanted to go back and fulfill my dream of becoming a citizen, buying a house and running my own business. Once I returned on my Visa and still very little to start with, I was back in the food industry and rising in the ranks. At one of the local fast food industries is where I met my husband. He often ate there and introduced himself to me and we started to go out and eventually got married. He was in the Military and that helped expedite my residence and citizenship status. I went from working the front line at fast-food restaurants, hostess duties, waitress and then eventually became a Manager at a popular restaurant. But this type of work was keeping me away from my family at nights, weekends and holidays. So, I sat down and decided to come up with my own business plan. I knew it couldn’t rely on something that required a lot of capital to start. I have always loved cleaning, and everyone was always surprised that I had four boys with the way my house was kept up. So, that is where I decide to start my own cleaning company. I started by myself with a bucket of cleaning supplies and a lot of fears, dreams, and goals. Now, I have grown it to running four teams and having four company vehicles and I am not stopping there.
Has it been a smooth road?
I registered my business and got business cards and I thought I was set. It was challenging to get someone to trust me in their homes. It took six months before I got my first customer, but I never gave up hope. I was still working at the restaurant at nights and little by little got more houses during the day. They started to add up and I started to get busy. But I was not at a point to stop my night job. I did this for two more years until I got to a point where I could quit my job and became a full-time business owner.
This is where it became a little too much to do by myself. Now, I had to find people I trusted to take with me and teach them my style and give the houses some love
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Rosa Instaclean, LLC story. Tell us more about the business.

Known for the little details, from leaving beautiful lines on the carpet, to putting a rose on your toilet paper holder. We treat every house as if we are cleaning our own. We are set apart from everyone else because I am there for my customers, they are my family and they treat me the same.
What do you know now that you wish you knew when you were just starting out?
Nothing, the struggles I went through made me appreciate my customers and makes me strive to give each of them the best service I can and continue getting better and better.
