Meet Rene Kitchukova with Soul Center in Mesa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rene Kitchukova.

Rene, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My story starts in Bulgaria. I was born there when it was still under communist rule. When I was four years old, my parents escaped. I remember the night before they left. I walked into their room and it felt so dense, my mother was crying and I saw their suitcases packed. I asked my mother “where are you going?” She put me on her lap and holding back tears said: “we are not going anywhere, everything is ok.” The next morning they were gone. At four years old, I didn’t understand why they would leave me. This impacted me on many levels that I didn’t understand yet. After two long years and many many events, we were reunited in Canada. I finally had my family back but the extent of inner trauma was to take me on a lifelong journey to heal myself.

Once I was ready to heal, I attracted many mentors in my life. I became a Reiki Master, an Integrated Energy technique (IET) practitioner, 13th-octave La-Ho-Chi, Munay-Ki Shaman and started practicing breath work, yoga, and many more “certificates” than I care to name.

I started learning about energy and working with energy around us to co-create, so I was drawn to Feng Shui! I attended a Feng Shui school in Arizona by Lisa Montgomery and it opened a whole new world for me! I was able to see things differently and started creating a more balanced and desired environment in my home and for others!

But it wasn’t until I attended Bennett-Stellar University in 2008 and learned Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy that I really started to heal my past.

Through Timeline therapy, I was able to travel to my “past” and heal my inner child who still felt abandoned and unworthy. Through doing this powerful work I was able to shift my entire genetic lineage and heal my genetic imprint from the past. I started noticing seeming miracles in my family’s dynamics. My parents started to change and their afflicted relationship to their parents started to shift into something so beautiful and caused a ripple effect in the entire family!

I know this work can heal the world for many generations going backwards and forwards onto our children and their children’s children.

This is my medicine, my journey, my story and I use it to transform people’s lives and shift their entire life.

Has it been a smooth road?
Shortly after, I attended Bennett-Stellar University, I met my husband. We have four children and he is attending Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. He will be a Naturopathic Doctor in October of this year (2019).

It has been extremely challenging these last few years with him in school.

In 2016, I heard a very loud and clear voice from Spirit/God/Creator to buy a building and build a community. At this time, the twins were three years old and our daughter was five and our oldest was 12. When I told my husband what we were asked to do, he said he simply cannot support this grand of an idea until he gets out of school. The mission was so clear and it couldn’t wait and I wasn’t the only one hearing this call! My best friend Kari Wagner was hearing the same call from the spirit and was looking at buildings in downtown Mesa.

She found an abandoned army surplus building for sale and when I saw it, I knew!

Kari and I started creating a business plan and looking for lenders while our five toddlers played around us. The mission was clear! Buy the building and create a community for the Highest Good of ALL!

My husband and I sold our investment properties and everything we had to acquire the 3000 sf building and we built a Naturopathic clinic in the front and the back 1500 sq foot space is now Soul Center! A space for the community to gather in Unity for the Highest Good of ALL!

The building also has a large backyard and Kari and me, Co-Founders of Soul Center teamed up with Permaculture specialists to create the community garden.

It hasn’t been easy at all! It has taken every ounce of faith, belief, determination, and dedication to the mission to create this space for the highest good of all.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Soul Center – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
I am a Feng Shui Expert and a Transformational life coach. I have traveled around the world to many sacred sites from Israel to Machu Picchu in Peru to the king’s chamber in Egypt and many other places. I am a grid worker and I hold codes in my DNA from all of my journeys that spark a remembrance in others.

I am also the Co-Founder of Soul Center.

Soul Center is a sacred container for transformation to occur. Many are drawn there to share their wisdom in a sacred ceremony around the fire.

It is also an event and wellness venue for people to rent on a daily or hourly basis and teach workshops or classes or even private events like weddings in the garden or any parties or celebrations.

Whatever you may use the space for, there is always this seed of sacredness that is planted in your heart when you come to the space.

We like to say “Welcome Home to Your Soul.”

How would you describe the type of kid you were growing up?
I was always an extremely intuitive child. I had the ability to read people’s thoughts and knew when they were lying or when they simply didn’t know. I was very inquisitive at a very young age and quickly realized I understood concepts about the world and how things work way beyond my parents’ understanding.
I spent a lot of time alone traveling in my “imagination” to a place that felt far more like home than anywhere on earth.

I always felt this inner connection with the Divine but I didn’t have words for it because in Bulgaria under communist rule no one was allowed to go to church or talk about religious beliefs.

A year and a half after my parents escaped, I was able to leave Bulgaria and travel to Austria to be with my grandma and we lived in a refugee base. The children there spoke many different languages and I couldn’t understand so I found comfort in nature. I spent most of my days up in trees and my grandma would toss up some food for me.

Trees were my best friends always!
