Meet Rebecca Fritz of Sutra Studios

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rebecca Fritz.

Hi Rebecca, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I have always, for as long as I can remember, been fascinated by magic, manifestation, and the unseen world.

Specifically how what I do internally, with the thoughts I think, and externally, with the movements I make, affects the experiences I create. This fascination of course led me straight to yoga and meditation!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Opening the studio was not a smooth road internally or externally, but it was without a doubt the most expansive experience of my life. Putting to practice the principles of manifestation that I thought I knew so well created the perfect opportunity to develop myself, and for that, I am most grateful.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
At Sutra we’re passionate about offering a path to intentional living.

Living your healthiest life, your most abundant life, your most fulfilled life, your most loving life, etc. We use a variety of wellness modalities including Yoga, Skullpt, Meditation, and Magic to give our community the tools necessary to create their life on purpose.

Who else deserves credit for your story?
When it comes to Sutra I think a lot of credit goes to our community.

I feel like Matt and I have always worked really hard to create an environment where anyone who is interested in living their best life will feel so comfortable at Sutra that they can begin to open up within themselves, let go of the resistance in their lives, and grow into the person they’ve been dreaming about. And I feel like that process perpetuates endlessly throughout our community where everyone is creating space for healing, growing, and becoming.
