Meet Randy Phillips of Think Pro Graphics & Printing Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Randy Phillips.

Randy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started Think Pro Graphics & Printing Solutions in 2007. I originally curated a magazine but made the shift to printing as a strategic business pivot. The switch took grit, sweat, and imagination. But I got to work asking all of his current clients if they would be willing to work with me in the context of printing. Through quality relationships and networking -Think Pro was born.

Now in 2022, Think is the #1 Rated design studio in Arizona. Having helped thousands of brands design, scale, and improve their businesses.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been a smooth road for Think. In 2016 our Phoenix location caught fire in the early hours of the morning. Forever closing down our Phoenix location. What was at first a tragedy, turned into a blessing for the company.

We were able to centralize our locations, improving the offerings and strategies we were able to offer our clients. The team pulled together and came through the tragedy stronger and more inspired. Then in 2020, the planet experienced worldwide calamity as the pandemic ripped through our usual business operations.

We thought quickly and pivoted our business. Taking a risk – I ordered hundreds of fabric masks, and the company began offering custom-printed masks to provide the community and business owners with the protective products their businesses needed. In the ups and downs, Think has always weathered the storms. Allowing us to see challenges as opportunities for imagination and growth.
