Today we’d like to introduce you to Randy Courtney.

Randy, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
First license in 1986 started with Merrill Lynch realty back when they had a real estate direct division Hope you’re one of the first brokers open a Remax franchise was with Remax 16 years purchased a home buying franchise 2002 received my brokers license 1995 when I bought a home buying franchise company I went independent and formed Cortney Valleywide properties about three years ago joined forces with Weichert realtors I own the Tempe office and worked with WEICHERT back when I was at Remax doing corporate relocation with Honeywell Motorola microchip intel etc. I have handled every aspect of residential real estate from leasing bank on short sale corporate RELO wholesale and retail all over the Phoenix metro area for over 33 years

Creating clients for life has been my model.

Currently, I have 24 agents and one of my best agents is my daughter Nicole one of the proudest moments that I’ve had is when she joined my brokerage and became one of my top producers. Real estate is in her blood.
