Meet Rae Anne Francis and Emily Jones of Love Every Minute Clothing Company in Verrado (Buckeye)

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rae Anne Francis and Emily Jones.

In January of this year (2019) Rae was considering purchasing some screen printing equipment from a friend getting out of the business. She had worked for him in a front office capacity and had also done some of the artwork for his company so she was familiar with that aspect of the business. Since she and Emily were next door neighbors, have children of the same age and had developed a friendship over the past several months, Rae told Emily about her plans to purchase the equipment. Emily, with an artistic background and a dream to one day, have an inspired clothing line, jokingly said, “let me know if you want some help!”

Rae suggested we go in 50/50 on the equipment and become business partners. So, we took a leap of faith. That’s when Love Every Minute Clothing Company began. When trying to decide on our name, we carefully considered and researched what would “work” with consumers, and what meant something to us. Being wives and first and foremost mothers we know what it’s like to get lost in busy schedules, stress, and the monotony of everyday life. So, we wanted to build a brand that would inspire and remind us and others to love every minute of each day, even during the toughest of times, because you really only get one shot in this life.

Has it been a smooth road?
We started knowing basically nothing about the actual screen printing process so we have had to learn mostly via trial and error along the way. From getting our art onto the screens by printing our own films and burning the images to actually printing the shirts and then cleaning up the screens. We did have help along the way by watching Ryan Moor of Ryonet on YouTube, taking a two day immersion course with Terry Combs and being able to ask questions of Tyler Dummet and his team from Workhorse here in the Valley

Tell us more about the business.
We are a graphics, screen printing and clothing company. We specialize and are probably most known for branding as well as our spirit wear for schools. We are most proud of our growth as a company. In a little less than a year, we have grown more than we could have ever expected. We purchased our first press and then about one to two months later sold that equipment and purchased a larger press. Eight months later we purchased a second press and just a few weeks later bought a conveyor dryer to exponentially speed up our production.

What sets us apart from others is that we are a women-owned print shop. We pride ourselves on being reliable and responsive and available to our clients. We truly enjoy what we do from start to finish and want to give our customers the best product possible.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Print shops might have a little bit of competition from other forms of garment decoration such as direct to garment printing and vinyl but there will always be a need for traditional screen printed garments.
