Meet Rachael and Jillian Dufresne of The Petite Party Co

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rachael and Jillian Dufresne.

Hi Rachael and Jillian, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Rachael & Jillian are sister-in-laws & owners of The Petite Party Co., with their two little girls who are the “why” behind their business! Sweet Ainsley & Violet are both the youngest of 3, and are only 3 weeks apart in age. When planning their first birthdays they realized kid party rentals were few and far between so they jumped in and said “let’s start a business “! With Rachael having her background in wedding planning and Jillian running operations for her family’s tech company they figured it would be a perfect match for a startup adventure!

We love seeing kids have their own petite tables and chairs at their parties and events!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Our greatest challenge right now is managing a growing business that pretty much exploded over night. We started in April and didn’t think to launch in the fall, but here we are in full party mode every weekend and loving it and all of our clients of course! Also, managing other businesses plus kids/family life is always a challenge : ).

We’ve been impressed with The Petite Party Co, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Luxury Kids Party Rentals for ages 1-6! We offer kids chairs & tables + linens along with our white bounce castle.
