Hi Phree, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Started with my love to communicate and write! High school is when I understood poetry and started writing poems… It wouldn’t be until my adult years that I actually start to perform…

Up until then always been a natural conversationalist.. and that helped me grow my Phree Tha Truth platform..,

Speaking on controversial topics and inciting meaningful conversations…

Then as my followers were growing, I seen people really wanted to hear my thoughts and opinions! Which led me to join an internet radio show on Blogtalk called His and Hers in 2015. It was based out the DMV area and enjoyed our conversations on relationships, trending topics, Q&A with our listeners, and did that for a year.

Then I was able to join a local radio station Support District Radio in Phoenix and co-host a show called Let’s Do Lunch from 2016 to 2018… Even got my own segment called The Phreeway! Sharing my personal thoughts and opinions on life and current events!

In 2019 I launched my own podcast called Convo Sessions with Phree Tha Truth on City Buzz Radio! Now with three seasons and getting ready for my 4th… Every Thursday at 12pm mst…

While growing my platform, I’ve been able to perform my poetry at events! Even hosts events over the years! Using my platform and voice, I’m a community advocate! Voicing concerns and helping find solutions for change and improvement!

From working in community garden to spreading awareness and opportunities that help people.

Now applying all my lessons as a mompreneur and a woman trying to balance it all! My goals, life, self-care, home, family, and be successful… I share my journey to healing, offer services and tools such as crystals, smudging items, space clearing spray I made.. for meditation, spirituality and facilitate self-healing…

Creating Prolific Women Circle to provide a safe space for women air their grievances without judgment and receive support!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not a smooth road.. being a mother made life challenging trying to balance being a mom, work, go to school, study, cook, help with homework, do my homework, clean, etc… Literally was not enough hours in the day… and often felt defeated or that I wasn’t being a good mom because I wasn’t spending as much time as I use to with them…

I was hard on myself and would feel guilty bout chasing my dreams…

Not feeling worthy and not enough! Dealt with imposter syndrome.

Phree Tha Truth is mainly a public figure.. known for my poetry, hosting events, modeling, and Radio Personality!

Content Creator, Creative Artist, Consultant on creative projects, Spiritual Coach!

Most proud of my Dear Black Men platform I built! Hosted events and sold out! Also, my internship to herbalism and jewelry design with healing crystals!

I’m a curator of good vibes and conversation! An intentional conversationalist! I love helping people with their spiritual journeys and shift into a more positive mindset!

I’m focused mainly on chakras and meditation and working with energy! To help be your best self from the inside out! By being accountable for self! And encouraging my self-love lifestyle!

Currently growing a platform for women called Prolific Women Circle helping women heal and elevate their inner femininity…
