Meet Pat & Len Rose

Today we’d like to introduce you to Pat & Len Rose. Them and their team share their story with us below:

A Jamaican King, “Len, founded Royalty Ultra Events,” and a Queen from Zimbabwe,” Pat,” Len Lived in Arizona for over 13 years and Pat for over 20 years. We have always been avid supporters of any events held in Arizona. At some point, we started traveling out of State to California, Miami, New York, and Atlanta, to name a few, to experience what the different scenes had to offer. In 2010 we decided to create the royalty ultra events, our promotion and event planning venture to bring an east coast vibe to Arizona. We officially hosted our first Royalty Gala In April of 2021 and have been curating upscale and fun events.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been smooth?
It truly has not been a smooth road, but we were well aware of the obstacles we would encounter when pursuing this venture. We experienced difficulty getting people comfortable with the type of events we are curating, which is expected with any new startup—locating the perfect venue; this has been one of our main obstacles. But we have been blessed with the spaces we have used to date. We always host our main events in different spaces to keep our guests on their toes. Arizona has tons of great spaces for events, but we have to be selective based on our budget.

Consistency: People want to see consistency which we have tried our best to maintain for the last 5 events.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar, what can you tell them about what you do?
Pat, aka “BossLadyWinning,” is a Home Lending Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase. She has been with the company for 10 years. BossLady pretty much sums up her personality. She thrives on helping others and has proven to be a great resource for many people within our community. She is always eager to help anyone in need, and most of her peers would agree. What sets her apart from others is her unquestionable love for her community. And her quest to be a resource for anyone seeking assistance in any aspect of their life. Len currently holds the paralegal title and has been in this field for over 13 years. A man of very few words, but his heart is always in the right place. He endeavors to empower anyone he comes in contact with for them to thrive hence his moniker on Instagram, “empowerandthrive.” The two combined their vision and efforts to create a space where young professionals would meet, socialize and enjoy each other’s company while eating the great Caribbean and African food.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Yes, there are too many to name. But generally, our family members and close friends, our loyal guests/supporters that have stuck with us for all our events, and supporters who have helped to promote and spread the word. Our well-wishers and supporters who reside out of state continuously send us their blessings.
