Hi Noelia, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career in corporate marketing while working with a supplement company, all while finishing my MBA. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the power of social media and influencer marketing. This company was heavily focused on ROI, which gave me the opportunity to dive deep into tracking performance and building reports that demonstrated the tangible value social media and influencer campaigns brought to the table. This was in the early days, when platforms that helped track results were still in their infancy. But it sparked a passion in me to help small businesses leverage social media to boost their brand exposure and grow their presence. That’s what inspired me to transition into helping smaller businesses harness the full potential of social media.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, no. For a long time, people didn’t take social media seriously. It’s only in recent years that the importance of social media has really sunk in. I’ve seen social platforms evolve significantly, offering better analytics that allow social media managers like myself to provide more detailed insights, strategy, and predictions—helping businesses understand what truly resonates with their audience versus what drives conversions. In reality, having a strong presence on social media comes down to how you communicate with your audience. Building a community is key, and everyone builds theirs differently because each audience is unique. Despite the bumps along the way, those challenges have ultimately helped me refine and improve the services I offer.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
What I’m truly passionate about is helping business owners leverage social media to grow their businesses. I specialize in using data-driven strategies to track KPIs and analytics, which allows me to pinpoint what’s working and what’s not. One of the biggest challenges I see with small business owners is that many aren’t tracking their marketing efforts, especially on social media. This is where I step in—I aim to bridge that gap. I believe that if others are finding success, so can you. My goal is to help businesses figure out why they might not be seeing the results they want and how we can make the necessary adjustments to get them there. It’s not about quick fixes but about creating sustainable growth through strategy and insights.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory has to be going to the beach. I absolutely loved it. There was something so peaceful about being in the ocean or just sitting on the sand. It always felt like a place where I could relax, recharge, and just enjoy the moment.
